Our luxuriously furnished holiday home offers you 140 square meters of space for up to six people and pampers you with every comfort. Located directly at the nature reserve in a quiet holiday home area, it is only a few minutes' walk to the guarded fine-sand bathing and surfing beach and the town center with restaurants and cafes.
Two bathrooms, garage, high-quality interior and garden furniture along with beach chairs, grill, electric awnings and shutters, washing machine, 100 Mbit W-Lan, own wellness area with sauna, steam bath, surge shower and Kneipp as well as many other equipment details ensure your well-being holiday.
Start your eventful vacation days with crispy rolls on the breakfast terrace and end the summer days on the large sun terrace in your own beach chair. Family gathering at the beach

The house and our entire trip met and exceeded our expectations. The house was exactly as described: clean, everything in its place. You don't miss a thing! We'd love to come back.

Wir haben im August als Familie mit Kindern zwischen 0 und 7 Jahren 12 schöne Tage in Hohwacht verbracht. Selten waren wir in einem so gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden! Sehr dankbar waren wir für die Insektengitter vor allen Fenstern. Von der Sitzecke im ersten Stock hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Für die Kinder war die Lage in der Spielstraße ideal, so dass sie dort auch ein bisschen „Auslauf“ und Platz zum Spielen hatten. Zum Strand haben wir zu Fuß mit Kinderwagen/Bollerwagen und Kinderrädern etwa 15 min gebraucht. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie ist groß, geräumig und sauber gewesen. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch angelegt. Für unsere Kinder und Jugendlichen war die ruhige Lage manchmal bedingt annehmbar. Sie hätten sich ein wenig mehr Aktion gewünscht. Dafür war der Strand gut in etwa 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Alles in Allem würde ich wieder buchen und kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Schönes großes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Schönes großes Haus in ruhiger Sackgassenlage, freundlicher Vermieter. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Zur Ostsee ist es ein Stück zu laufen. Da wir schlechtes Wetter hatten, haben wir den Kamin genossen, solange es noch Holz dafür gab. Auch die Sauna war ein Highlight. Sie bietet Platz für 3 - 4 Personen, von denen hinterher leider nur 2 einen Liegestuhl vorfinden. Ein ausreichender Vorrat Toilettenpapier wäre nett gewesen. Eigentlich ein super Haus - mit ein paar Abzügen in der B-Note.

Keine Wünsche blieben offen

Sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Ohne Probleme kann man hier mit 6 Personen bequem die Ferienzeit verbringen. Beschreibung voll aussagekräftig und wirklich kommunikativer Vermieter. Ruhige Umgebung mit ca 15 Gehminuten zum Strand.

Schönes Haus, auch im Detail gut ausgestattet

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, alle Zimmer sind geräumig, Sitzmöbel und Betten bequem, Saunakeller klasse. Der Kaminofen ist klasse für fie Gemütlichkeit im Wohnzimmer.Einzig, in Hohwacht waren viele Restaurants über den Winter geschlossen. Schade. Insgesamt aber klasse!

Wir (3 Paare) haben den Jahreswechsel in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit Kamin und Sauna und einer top ausgestatteten Küche. Netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat auch das gewisse extra. Die Küche hat alle möglichen Geräte die man benötigt und noch mehr. Werden sehr wahrscheinlich noch einmal dort hin fahren. Sehr zu empfehlen

Perfekter Urlaub

Hier war Urlaub von Anfang an. Kontakt zum Vermieter freundlich und schnelle Antworten auf Fragen. Am Haus sehr netter Empfang durch den Verwalter. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt mit schöner Einrichtung, so dass wir uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt haben. Ein Highlight war die Sauna mit Ruheliegen und Dusche im Keller. Trotz des wundervollen Wetters (bestellt durch die Vermieter) haben wir diese sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir können dieses Haus weiter empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren das zweite Mal in Haus Marieholm und haben erneut einen schönen Ostsee-Urlaub verbracht. Wie hatten alles, was wir benötigen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gab genügend Holz für den Kamin (ein kleines Beil wäre schön gewesen, um Anzündeholzzu hacken...) . Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, weil wir bei schönen Wetter immer draußen sind.. Der eine Stern für den check- in resultiert vermutllich auf einem Missverständnis, letztes Mal hat es gut geklappt. Bei relativ schönem Herbstwetter haben wir Kiel (brauchen wir nicht wieder.....), Laboe (U-Boot), Grömitz, Scharbeutz, Travemünde und natürlich Hohwacht besucht. In Hohwacht waren wir 2 x im Sea Side Restaurant...lecker Essen und toller Service! Sehr zu empfehlen... Auch im Alten Packhus in Sehlendorf waren wir wieder 2 Abende zu Gast und erneut waren wir sehr, sehr zufrieden. Auch hier danke an das tolle und aufmerksame Team. Das beste Fischbrötchen im Urlaub gab es nicht etwa bei dem Laden mit den 5 Buchstaben G...., der in Scharbeutz und Travemünde vertreten ist, sondern in Hohwacht am Strand......Namen hab ich leider vergessen, aber der Laden ist seinerzeit vom NDR ausgezeichnet worden. Als Abschluß sei noch das Garten-Minigolf in Hohwacht erwähnt...die Anlage sieht unscheinbar aus, wir hatten aber unglaublich viel Spaßund es ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Rund um zufrieden!

Wir haben im Juni 2019 mit sechs Erwachsenen Personen und einem Hund zwei Wochen Urlaub im Haus Marienholm verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man braucht (sogar einen Kuchen backen konnten wir ganz bequem vor Ort) . Begeistert hat uns die gute Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern aus der Ferne und deren guter Fee vor Ort. Alle unsere Anliegen (Anreiseorganisation, Nachfragen zur Ausstattung) wurden stets umgehend und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend beantwortet. Wir können das Haus und unsere Gastgeber mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Einfach fantastisch!

Meine Familie und ich haben den Aufenthalt in Hohwacht und vor allem dem tollen Haus Marieholm sehr genossen. Alles war wie beschrieben und sogar noch viel besser. Mit Fotos kann die tolle und gemütliche Athmosphäre gar nicht eingefangen werden. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Absprachen mit Tatjana und den Hausbesitzern hat wunderbar geklappt. Auch die Siedlung, die Umgebung und der Strand sind nur empfehlenswert. Wir sagen Danke und hoffentlich bis bald! Sandra

Ideal für grössere Familie / mehrere Paare

Ideales Ferienhaus für mehrere Paare oder eine grössere Familie. Man findet ein grosszügiges, voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vor. Grosser Esstisch, genügend Stühle, Besteck, Töpfe in verschiedenen Grössen, genug Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub

Ein Haus in dem es an wirklich überhaupt nichts fehlt. Ausstattung und Einrichtung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ein und ein traumhafter Wellnessbereich im Keller. Die wunderschöne Lage lädt zu ausgeprägten Spaziergängen in wunderschöner Landschaft ein. Die Hausfee ist wirklich ein Goldstück. Sie ist sehr herzlich, gewissenhaf und jederzeit hilfsbereit! Das Haus ist in einem fantastischen und sehr gepflegten Zustand und die Abwicklung war war wirklich spitze. Wir freuen uns schon riesig auf unser nächsten Besuch und können es kaum erwarten.
