Wir waren in der Vorsaison in Hohwacht. 5 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder, ein Hund. Der Ort ist immer ideal,..

Wir waren in der Vorsaison in Hohwacht. 5 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder, ein Hund. Der Ort ist immer ideal, auch wenn die meisten Fischbuden erst Ende März öffnen. Lage: Perfekt.:) Die Lage des Hauses ist direkt am Anfang an einer Kreuzung, trotzdem war es still. Der große, mit Zaun und hoher Hecke umschlossene Garten trennt das Haus von der Straße. Auf der einen Seite ist gleich der Wald, auf der anderen Seite geht man bis zum Ende der Straße (300 m) und dann geht die Treppe direkt zum Strand hinunter. Das Haus hat Fliesen und Dielen, ist aber nicht hellhörig. Alle Familien hatten ihr eigenes Bad, das war uns wichtig. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, u.a. Espresso- und Küchenmaschine. Die Boxspringbetten sind gut, die Matratzen für mich persönlich etwas weich. Das kleinere Queensizebett war daher für mich das richtige. Supersauber, angenehme Einrichtung, Luxussaune im Anbau, Teepavillion im Garten, überdachte Terrasse mit Holzbohlentisch, zwei Auto haben direkt Platz auf dem Grundstück am Haus. Aus unserer Sicht empfehlenswert.

Das Haus dürfte im Winter gar nicht vermietet werden und schon gar nicht zu diesem Preis. Das Haus ist kalt. Vor den Fenstern kann man wegen der Kälte gar nicht sitzen. Unsere Kinder haben gefroren und der Hund musste im Flur vor der Heizung schlafen. Es besteht im Haus und auch am Gebäude, Zugangstür zum Garten , Nebengebäude starker Renovierungsbedarf!

Der Checkin verlief wie beschrieben und auch problemlos.Das Haus ist wirklich toll, auch von der Aufteilung der Räume. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, selbst Kaffeemaschinen sind für jeden Geschmack vorhanden. Die Sauna ist ein absolutes Highlight. Auch die Entfernung zum Strand ist ein Katzensprung. Der Strand selbst ist schön flach abfallend und sehr sauber. Für das leibliche Wohl ist in jeder Himmelsrichtung, fussläufig, gesorgt. Auch die Hundestrände sind super und nur über kurze Entfernungen zu erreichen.Einen Stern muss ich jedoch abziehen. Das Grundstück ist zwar mit einer Hecke umgeben, diese ist jedoch sehr durchlässig, auch für Hunde die von der Strassenseite aus neugierig sind.Weiterhin wurde das Grundstück wenigstens zwei Mal während unseres Aufenthalts betreten, Sachen weggeräumt oder hingestellt. Das war etwas befremdlich.Zuguter letzt wäre es förderlich, wenn auf allen Betten Matratzenschoner vorhanden wären (einfach fürs Gesamtbild).Trotz der kleinen Anmerkungen ist das Haus absolut empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus! Wunderschön eingerichtet! Top Lage: strandnah, waldnah, der Bäcker ist um die Ecke und die nächste Strandbar nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Der Wellnessbereich, der Kamin und das Teehäuschen sorgen bei schlechtem Wetter wirklich für Seelenfrieden. Wir buchen auf jeden Fall wieder!
