Exclusive holiday home, walk to the beach, quiet with a view of the nature reserve

A charming house in a unique location right on the nature reserve is waiting for you!
Here you will find the necessary rest to relax on your vacation and forget everyday life! Nevertheless, you are on the beach in a few minutes on foot.
The large garden, wonderfully grown in, ensures plenty of privacy. Enjoy the magnificent view of the nature reserve from the cozy living area, in the deckchair on the terrace or from the balcony on the upper floor ... The absolutely new equipment and furnishings offer great details such as the underfloor heating on the ground floor, the ensuite bathroom or the integrated mosquito net and external shutters on all windows. Of course, you don't have to do without anything here and enjoy every comfort, e.g. B. by the new and high quality mattresses, the fully equipped kitchen or the utility room with washing machine and dryer (for free use).
The cozy living and dining area is centrally located on the ground floor and impresses in summer with the large sliding window front that can be opened as well as in winter with the pleasant fireplace. We particularly like the master bedroom on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide a view of the salt marshes right out of bed as soon as you wake up. And with its own ensuite bathroom with a large double bath, this area is the perfect retreat. B. for all parents (or even for grandparents, as accessible on the ground floor without stairs). For all other guests there are two almost identical bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a very spacious (190x200cm) double bed. A shower bath completes the upper floor.
All in all a very comfortable house for everyone who wants to spend their Baltic Sea vacation in a quiet but close to the beach.

Wir hatten eine wunderbar entspannende Zeit hier. Das Haus und vor allem auch die Umgebung sind fast noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Blick ist wirklich traumhaft! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben es direkt wieder gebucht für einen Aufenthalt im Nächsten Jahr.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Hideaway. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind super. So ruhig und abgeschieden. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Im Obergeschoss gibt es im Holzfußboden leider viele Splitter, die wir mehrmals in den Füßen hatten. Hausschuhe mitnehmen ist also gut. Auch draußen hat das Objekt ein wenig Instandsetzungsbedarf. Kaputte Terrassenstühle, hochstehende Pflastersteine, die eine ordentliche Stolperfalle sind, reparaturbedürftige Holzstufen zur Terrasse. Die zwei im Inserat beschriebenen Balkone sind leider nicht nutzbar, da ein Fliegengitter vor der Tür ist. Ist auch besser so, die Holzbretter sind durchgegammelt und man sollte den Balkon keinesfalls betreten, viel zu gefährlich. Ansonsten hat das Haus alles was man braucht und ist super ausgestattet. Gemütliches Sofa und kuschelige Schlafnischen im Obergeschoss.Alles in allem ist es sehr nett, hätte aber bei dem Preis durchaus etwas Instandsetzungsbedarf.

Tolles Haus mit spektakulärer Aussicht

Wir waren eine Woche im Frühling in diesem schönen Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Vor allem der gemütliche Wohnbereich mit der tollen Aussicht in die Natur war wunderschön. Wer Entschleunigung sucht, kann sie hier finden. Vielen Dank, es war alles toll!

Wunderbarer Ort & traumhafter Blick

Tolle Lage, super Blick auf Naturschutzgebiet, prima ausgestattetes Haus, bei dem ein paar Dinge repariert werden sollten (Griff Gästetoilette fiel ab, Steckdosenleiste in Wohnzimmer locker, Brausekopf in Bad unten mussten wir festschrauben, Brausekopf in Bad oben Gewinde gebrochen). Kommunikation zu Beginn und nach Ende standardisiert und nett. Leider gab es auf unsere Hinweise zu den kleinen Reparaturen keine Antwort. Deshalb erwähne ich es noch einmal hier. Insgesamt ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Eine idyllische Urlaubsoase

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Das Haus sehr individuell und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage des Hauses am Naturschutzgebiet ist ein Traum und das Wetter hätte nicht besser sein können.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist traumhaft gelegen am Rand eines Naturschutzgebiets. Vom Sofa aus kann man Seeadler und viele andere Vögel aber auch Rehe und Hasen beobachten. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Als wir ankamen, stand ein Reh in diesem goldig angelegten Garten. Wenn dass mal kein Krafttier für die Urlaubswoche war. Das ganze Haus, die Lage, der Garten, der Kamin uvm gaben so ein wunderschön friedliches Gefühl der Harmonie, der Blick in die Natur war Heilung für die verkorkste Stadtseele. Die Sauberkeit war ein bisserl Obeflächlich, aber mit einer eig. Nachreinigung war es handelbar, daher ein Stern abgezogen. Die Toilettenspülung machte etwas Sorge, weil man jederzeit mit einer Verstopfung rechnete, die aber nicht eintraf. Ansonsten planen wir erneut zu kommen. Vielen Dank🙏

Schön gelegenes gemütliches Haus. Durch üppigen Bewuchs und direkt angrenzendes NSG keine Einblicke von außen. Alles ist da , was man braucht. Gartenmöbel könnten mal neu ( oder repariert ) werden.

Erholsame Wintertage in einem schönen Haus.

Wir hatten das Haus für fünf Tage im Februar gebucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, man schaut direkt auf das Naturschutzgebiet. Zur Ostsee und in das Ortszentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet - das Bad im EG mit einer super großen Wanne für zwei war super! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und auch Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Ein absoluter Buchungstipp!!!
