Romantic little countryhouse with pool in walking distance to the sea & town

Would you like to spend a relaxing holiday in a typical southern French country house, but do not miss the city with its culinary and cultural activities?
We have found our dream and live in an old bastide of 1880, surrounded by a 6000m2 park with 700 year old olive trees, palm trees and cypresses, in the beautiful picturesque Antibes, the authentic artist town with its impressive marina.

The "Petite Maison" apartment is located in an independent adjoining building, where formerly the stables were located.
It offers a beautiful room apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 living room with sleeping possibility either on the gallery (king size bed 160x200) or on the high quality sleeping couch (king size bed 160x200). And a living room for a maximum of 4 people and a bathroom with a large shower. The apartment is decorated in Provencal style, warm yellow and terracotta tones and fully air conditioned.
The apartment has its own terrace overlooking the front part of the garden and the pool. This all is flat.

Our guests can choose between the "Petite Maison" or the "l 'Atelier", but of course both apartments can be rented together.
The prices quoted are for the "Petite Maison" only. Please ask the landlord for the prices for the studio (#755053) or for the package price (Petite Maison + Atelier)

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed two days and nights at this beautiful property! The images tell the story- very quiet and charming with modern conveniences and having the pool all to ourselves was delightful after spending the day touring Antibes.

Kiki's place is absolutely beautiful!The maison was well equipped and comfortable for our family stay.The pool was absolutely gorgeous to use and to lounge about.It was a great location and incredibly private.It was easy to walk into Antibes, catch a bus just outside or use the train to connect to other destinations.We had such a memorable holiday here and will miss it greatly!

Lovely little guesthouse in a perfect situation!

We are a family of four and stayed for one week in this very special guesthouse and we had a wonderful time. The description of the property is very accurate. It was immaculately clean, well equipped and the private pool was lovely after a day of sightseeing! Kirsten was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble for her! This is a great apartment and set in an ideal location for exploring the Côté d'Azur. There is so much to see and do and we are hoping to go back! Thank you Kirsten for a very happy and memorable week in your lovely guesthouse.

Eine wunderschöne Woche an der Côte

Wir haben das kleine Häuschen mit 2 Schlafzimmern diesen Juni 2019 zu dritt gemietet - mit meiner Mutter, die in den 75er ist und mit meinem Partner. Es hat prima funktioniert ich kann es jedem empfehlen, sei es zu 2 (dann würde ich aber eher das daneben liegende "Atelier" empfehlen, mit Familie oder Freunden. Das Häusle ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir Schweizer gelten ja eher als verwöhnt :-). Kirsten Maukner, die Eigentümerin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns alles im Detail erklärt und sie stand auch während dem ganzen Aufenthalt immer mit Rat und Tat zu Seite. Sie kennt die Region sehr gut, gab super Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen. Nur 5 Min. entfernt gibts 2 super Bäckereien mit leckeren Croissants und super feinem Baguette. Sehr praktisch. Etwas weiter weg befindet sich ein Carrefour in welchem man alle Lebensmittel findet. Die Busstation mit Linien Richtung Nizza, Cannes befinden sich bei den Bäckereien und auch 2 Bahnhöfe sind einfach erreichbar (zu Fuss ca. 10 Min) oder dann eben via Bus. Da Antibes zwischen Nizza und Cannes liegt ist es praktisch, den Zug oder den Bus anstatt das Auto zu nehmen. Wir hatten auch 3 schöne Tage und konnten den coolen Pool nutzen - fürs Schwimmen noch etwas zu kalt aber Hauptsache Sonne und Vitamin E tanken! Man hat absolute Privatsphäre und wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Danke Kirsten :-) !

Traumferien in Antibes

Was für ein Glück, dass wir Kirsten und Ihr tolles Zuhause gefunden haben, wir haben hier zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Bereits der Kontakt bei der Buchung war sehr nett und unkompliziert, vor Ort angekommen, merkt man schnell, hier einen ganz besonderen Ort gefunden zu haben. Das kleine Haus ist mit viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, alles ist sauber, gepflegt und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Auch der Außenbereich mit kleinem Sitzplatz ist toll angelegt und einladend, sei es zum Frühstück, aber auch um abends bei toller Beleuchtung den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe zum Schwimmen und die schönen Ruheplätze drumherum laden zum Entspannen ein. Der ideale Ort, um Ruhe und Natur zu genießen und doch ist man mitten im Leben...innerhalb weniger Fußminuten sind das Meer, zwei Bäckereien und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Auch das Stadtzentrum mit seinem tollen Markt und diversen Restaurants ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und der Weg entlang an Meer und Yachthafen sehr schön. Auch die nähere Umgebung wie Nizza, Cap d'Antibes oder Cannes ist sehenswert. Kirsten hat auf Wunsch jede Menge Tipps für Besichtigungen, Restaurants, aber auch für ganz tolle Wanderungen parat. Überhaupt machen die Bewohner die Bastide zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Kirsten ist eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin und ist uns in den wenigen Tagen sehr ans Herz gewachsen, wie auch Balou und Caya...nicht nur unsere Luna vermisst Euch sehr. Liebe Grüße auch an Oskar, die Ziege und McDoodle, das Schaf, natürlich auch an die Ponys, unsere Spaziergänge bleiben unvergessen und wir hoffen sehr, Euch alle nächstes Jahr wiederzusehen!

Week end long en famille à la Petite Bastide

Superbe séjour dans la petite bastide où tout est fait pour passer de bonnes vacances (piscine, parc, mini-ferme...). L'appartement est très bien aménagé (tout y est) et la literie très bonne! Les enfants ont profité de la grande piscine très bien aménagée et ont adoré les rencontres avec les animaux (surtout avec Balou, un chien extraordinaire plus la balade sur le poney). Les enfants ont aussi apprécié la table de ping pong ainsi que le panier de basket. La propriétaire a été adorable et très attentionnée avec toute la famille (vous ne manquerez de rien et ses conseils sont précieux)!

Sehr gut.

Wir haben eine Woche im "Petite Maison" verbracht. Die Kommunikation per Mail vor und auch nach unserem Aufenthalt hat immer sehr gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist freundlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und überaus sauber. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Frau Maukner ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeberin. Wenngleich sie sich dezent im Hintergrund hält, ist sie stets ansprechbar und gibt gern Tipps, die einen Urlaub in Antibes angenehm machen. Wir haben uns mit unserem Sohn (9 Monate) dort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Traumhaftes französisches Landhaus nahe am Meer

Das Landhaus ist alleine durch seine Lage schon einige Sterne wert. So war für mich persönlich das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer nach ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß das erste Highlight des Tages. Die diversen französischen Frühstücksköstlichkeiten, wie Croissants, Pain au chocolat und Pain de sucre usw. gab es jeden Morgen aus einer der beiden nahegelegenen Bäckereien. Das dörfliche Idyll sowie die ruhige Lage des Ferienhauses ließ uns alle innerhalb kürzester Zeit selbst zur Ruhe kommen. Für meine große Familie (12 Personen) war das "dreiteilige" Anwesen, Bastide, Petite Maison und Atelier besonders geeignet. Jeder hatte seine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es war mein zweites Zuhause, wohl auch, da dieses vom Flair der Eigentümer geprägt ist und diese in den vermietungsfreien Zeiten das Anwesen selbst bewohnen. Natürlich war alles sauber und gepflegt sowie auch funktionell. Neben den vielen SAT-TV's mit deutschen Sendern und den Klimageräten in nahezu allen Räumen war mein Lieblingszimmer, das Chambre Ange mit der angrenzenden Dachterrasse und dem Blick auf`s Meer. Im Garten gibt es auch einen Zeltpavillon, der gerne zum Entspannnen genutzt wurde. Für unsere 5 Kinder war der Pool natürlich sehr wichtig, aber auch die restliche Familie hatte dort ihr Vergnügen. Die beiden "Haustiere" Oskar, die Ziege und McDoodle, das Schaf wurden auch täglich von den Kindern besucht. Antibes Stadt, Juan Les Pins, Nizza und Cannes sind gut erreichbar mit dem Auto, Bus oder Zug. Bei unserem Ausflug mit einem Daycruiser änderten wir den Blickwinkel vom Meer auf die Küste mit all diesen faszinierenden Städten und genossen einige Ankerplätze zum Schwimmen. Der nahegelegene Hochseilgarten fand auch große Zustimmung. Eines der wichtigsten Freuden, die Gaumenfreuden kamen natürlich auch nicht zu kurz. Grillen und Kochen am Domizil machte viel Spaß, von den Restaurantbesuchen ganz zu schweigen. Die vielen Möglichkeiten dazu - natürlich gibt es in der Bastide eine Zusammenstellung aller wissenswerten Informationen - kann am besten die Hausherrin, Kirsten vermitteln. Sie selbst ist auf jeden Fall auch ein Argument für dieses Anwesen. Ihre Herzlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und ihr Charme waren für mich schon die erste Erholung. Hoffentlich komme ich wieder in mein zweites Zuhause.

Tip Top und mehr

Im Juni durften wir 2 wunderbare Wochen im kleinen provencalischen Gästehaus verbringen.Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich Empfangen und zuerst durch den wunderschönen,gepflegten Park geführt. Mitten in der Stadt und doch eine Oase von prächtigen Palmen,Bäumen und Pflanzen aller Art.Mitten in der Stadt und doch total ruhig.Auf dem Anwesen ist auch ein kleiner Streichelzoo mit Ziege, Schaf und zwei Ponys untergebracht. Nicht zu vergessen: Balou der liebevolle treue Hund der uns täglich besuchte um zu schauen ob es uns gut geht,was uns immer Freude bereitete.( ihm glabe ich auch:) Das Gästehaus,von aussen schon ein Hingucker mit Brunnen und schönem Mauerwerk, empfing uns in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegtem Zustand so dass wir uns gleich wie zu Hause fühlten.Tip Top.Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit allem versehen was es braucht.Das Bad ist neu und mit einer super grossen Dusche versehen. Der grosse Pool mit seinen gemütlichen Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten luden zum verweilen ein. Die Gastgeberin,mit Familie; hat mit Ihrer herzlichen und offenen Art unseren Aufenthalt zu einem schönen und entspannten Erlebniss gemacht. Sie hat uns immer mit sehr guten Tips zu Ausflügen und Restaurants versorgt. Gerene werden wir wieder kommen und können dies nur empfehlen. Wonderful garden and pool

Wonderful garden and pool, and a lovely house. Beacause of the trees and the big garden it was quieter than in the streets, and also a fresher air! My teenagers and I enjoyed the pool, big, good for swimming, and the sunbeds were delicate, and it was always possible to find shadow. One morning I went for a walk by the beach to the center of Antibes. We also walked to the beach for swimming, which we all enjoyed!

Ein Traum in bester Lage!

Vom 04.06. bis zum 11.06. hatten wir das große Glück in dem komplett neuen Loft von Frau Maukner unsere Ferien verbringen zu dürfen. Das Loft verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse und ist sehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Die Küche ist nagelneu, sehr stilvoll und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Matratzen eben auch nagelneu. Vor allen Dingen gibt es auch deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Ebenso das Badezimmer weist liebevoll ausgesuchte Details (wunderschöne Fliesen in der Dusche) auf und lädt einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen ein. Besonders positiv ist die Sauberkeit! Insgesamt ist das Loft sehr ruhig gelegen, dabei hell und sehr freundlich (zwei Veluxfenster). Auch am Pool kann man sich sehr gut und vor allen Dingen in aller Ruhe entspannen. Die ganze Location ist eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung. Es gibt, besonders für Kinder interessant, einen kleinen Streichelzoo mit Ponys, Ziege, Schaf und einen einem Hund. Fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen ist der Strand, von dem man über den Yachthafen einen schönen Spaziergang in den traumhaft schönen Ort Antibes machen kann. Hier finden sich tolle Boutiquen und Restaurants. Ebenso ist der Bahnhof sehr gut zu erreichen, von dem man innerhalb von 15 Minuten Orte wie z.B. Nizza oder Cannes erreicht (Fahrpreis 3 Euro pro Strecke). Es gibt zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Frau Maukner hat mit ihrer netten und immer sehr bemühten, gastfreundlichen Art unseren Aufenthalt zu einem ganz besonders schönen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen!

Wir haben im Mai einen schönen Urlaub in dem kleinen Gästehaus in Antibes verbracht. Obwohl in der Stadt gelegen, fühlte man sich wie auf einem Landgut. Das Haus war gerade frisch renoviert. Einerseits ist es ein traditionelles Landhaus, andererseits gibt es WLAN, Klimaanlage (haben wir noch nicht gebraucht), TV etc...Das Haus steht in einem Park mit einem großen , sehr schönen Pool, darüber hinaus gab es Hund, Ponys, Schaf und Ziege, woran besonders unser Kind Freude hatte. Hervorzuheben ist auch die intensive und persönliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin.

für Herbstferien wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Wir sind eine Woche nach den verheerenden Unwettern (Anfang Oktober) angereist und fanden zu unserer Verwunderung kaum noch Spuren der Verwüstung vor. Ganz verwundert waren wir allerdings nicht, denn Kirsten Maukner, die Vermieterin, hatte uns vorab schon telefonisch beruhigt. Und so konnten wir eine wunderbare Woche geniessen, bekamen sehr viele und sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge (Nizza, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Hinterland, Grasse, Valbonne...) und auch für das alltägliche Leben (Hier ist das gegenüberliegende Krankenhaus für Mittelohrenzündungen (und sicher auch anderes) bei Kindern wärmstens zu empfehlen!). Nebst der gemütlichen (und sehr schön und sauber eingerichteten) Wohnung und dem herrlichen Grundstück mit Pool an sich, waren die Tiere eine ganz besondere Freude für unsere Kinder, nicht zu letzt auch wiederum Dank einer tollen Einführung durch Kirsten. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Parkähnliche Idylle im Trubel der Côte d'Azur

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat zum kleinen Gästehaus stimmten mit der Realität vollends überein. Wir fanden alles so vor, wie vorab beschrieben und von uns erwartet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die stadtnahe Lage und die besondere Atmosphäre und Ruhe auf dem Grundstück sowie die überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Wir können das Feriendomizil in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt-immer wieder gern

Vielen lieben Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir so herzlich empfangen. Da fühlten wir uns direkt wie zu Hause. Das Ferienhaus ist super schön und entsprechend der Region authentisch eingerichtet. Die Terrasse direkt vor dem Eingang war ideal für Frühstück und/oder Abendessen. Es war eine richtig familiäre Atmosphäre. Der Hund des Hauses hat uns auch oft Gesellschaft geleistet und uns den Morgen versüßt. Da das Wetter ebenfalls perfekt war, konnten wir den wunderschönen Pool und die liegen optimal ausnutzen. Der Pool ist von der Größe super, um schön zu schwimmen. Die Lage des Hauses liegt nur 5 Gehminuten zum nächsten Bäcker, Supermarkt. Zum Strand sind es nur 10 Minuten. Ich habe es genossen am Strand joggen zu gehen und den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten. Einfach herrlich. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Mit Bus und Bahn lassen sich perfekt naheliegende Städte wie Nizza oder Cannes erreichen. Kirsten war immer hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, was wir unternehmen können und wie wir am besten wohin gelangen. Wir würden in der Zukunft wieder dieses Ferienhaus bei Kirsten wählen, wenn wir an die Côte d'Azur fahren. Vielen vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

The location was just perfect! We live in the city, but have this "country life" feeling and after several years of renovation, our house woke up just like the "Sleeping Beauty" !
