Lakefront Retreat on Robinson Pond - Stunning Sunrise
Three Trees on Robinson Pond is a three bedroom, one and a half bath home with waterfront access and incredible views of the lake, mountains and sunrise.
This 1950's house was lovingly renovated recently and is comprised of two floors. The 2nd floor has an open kitchen, living room, the master (King), second bedroom (two twin beds) and full bathroom. French doors in the living room open up to a large deck with stunning views of the lake. The 1st floor has the third bedroom (queen bed), half bath, and another living room area. Both the living room and bedroom have views and access out to the lake.
There is a firepit by the lake (smores!), an outdoor shower off the 1st flr, gas grill, charcoal grill, kayaks and canoes. There is also a large yard between the garage and main house that is perfect for lawn games (croquet, petanque, soccer, etc!) or for children to run around and play endlessly.
This two story property can sleep up to a maximum of 6 adults, in beds, comfortably. Parking is available for 2 - 3 cars.
The house is within walking or biking distance to the town of Copake which has a diner, general store, wine shop, etc. and is only a short 25-minute drive in either direction to two of the most charming towns in the Hudson Valley and the Berkshires. The town of Hudson, to the West, has many antique shops, restaurants, and bars and is situated right along the Hudson River. Great Barrington, to the East, is just over the Massachusetts border, is great for families ... there is a movie theater, two toy stores, and one of the largest candy stores around. Fine and casual dining is possible in both towns and along the roads between here and there.
The perfect four season vacation home ... always a way to relax or find adventure all year long.
Spring/Summer – Kayaking, canoeing, swimming, hiking, bike riding, visiting local farms + petting zoos.
Autumn – Possibly the most beautiful time of year with colorful foliage and moderate temperatures … perfect for hiking at Bash Bish Falls or Mount Washington and biking for miles on the Harlem Valley Rail Trail. Bike rentals are available at Bash Bish Bicycle.
Winter - Ice skating on the lake, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and ice-fishing are all possible right on Robinson Pond when it freezes over. Skiing, snowboarding, and tubing are 15-30 minutes away, respectively, at nearby Catamount Ski Area or Ski Butternut.
Aside from all the sports and outdoor activities there are many ways to do nothing at all and simply enjoy relaxing at our lakefront retreat. There is a patio swing, Adirondack chairs, firepit, outdoor seating on the deck and waterfront access with views of the mountains.
For those of you that love outdoor cooking there is a Weber gas grill and a Weber kettle charcoal grill. Our kitchen is stocked with any and all kitchen items you could possibly need to make a feast.
Whether it's a weekend getaway for family, a couple or a small family reunion, or group of friends, you will have an amazing time at Three Trees on Robinson Pond.

Vince and Natasha are great hosts and we really enjoyed our stay. Our priority was to get out on the water, so the canoe, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards were a huge hit. Would definitely come back for another visit.
We had such a great stay here. The place is super peaceful, and the lake views are honestly incredible. Sunrises looked like paintings every morning. We loved taking the canoe and kayak out on the water, especially at sunset. Since there are no motorboats, it’s just quiet and calm, which made it even better. Only noise was from ducks, geese and frogs. The resident bald eagle also gave us a daily challenge to find his fishing spot for the day. Taconic State Park is about 10 minutes away, which was perfect for hiking. We did a mix of trails, some more challenging ones with stream crossings and awesome views, and some easier walks that lead to really beautiful waterfalls. The house itself is simple and very functional. Really well laid out and has everything you need. Clean, no clutter and open. It made it easy to just relax and enjoy being outside together as a family. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway.
The house is in a great location with easy access to great food and activities. The house is extremely clean and the decor is charming and modern. Vincent was extremely communicative. All in, it was a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning!
The home is gorgeous and clean, the hosts, Vincent and Natasha, are responsive and thoughtful, and the location couldn't be better for skiing and fishing. Highly recommend!!!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this lovely property. The house was spotless, stylish, and fully stocked with all you could want. The large, well equipped kitchen was a particular plus as was the proximity to the lake. Hosts were gracious and as accommodating as you could wish for. Highly recommend!

Amy and her family were great guests. Easy to communicate with, pleasant, and took care of our home like it was their own. So great to hear how much they enjoyed their stay. We would happily rent our home to them again!
We really enjoyed our stay - the neighborhood was quiet, the house was convenient to local area attractions, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable weekend away. The hosts Vincent and Natascha were very helpful in sharing details ahead of time so that we had everything we needed when we arrived. Our thanks to them!
I stayed at Vince & Natasha's house for a weekend with friends. The house is great and lake access is really nice, and they provided boats and paddle boards as well as logs for the firepit. The kitchen is well-stocked and check-in/check-out were both smooth. Vince and Natasha were very communicative the whole time; overall we had an amazing trip!
This lovely lakehouse is everything we wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday with extended family. Lots of cousin time in the bedroom filled with fun toys and games. A fully stocked chef's kitchen was perfect to make delicious dinners and pancake breakfasts, and access to the canoes, kayaks, and life jackets was the perfect way to appreciate Robinson Pond. We will definitely be back to visit again sometime soon!
The house feels newly renovated with lovely taste and everything you could need, especially if you have young kids (I wanted to play with the chalk wall!). Views of the lake are perfect, and the choice of boats is a plus. The owners are super responsive and helpful. One small note — like many lake houses, this one is close to its neighbors. We already booked another stay!
We wanted to get away together and enjoy some peace and quiet and do a little cooking. The kitchen was well stocked! The pond was being dredged while we were there so not 100% the quiet we were looking for. The owners we great to work with, there was a problem in the house and if we didn’t bring it to their attention it probably would have resulted in a larger issue for them, They were appreciative of our attention. The house is very comfortable and anyone who chooses to stay would enjoy!
We were looking for a place to get away for the long weekend in a place where we could walk out to water. This rental had that and more. Great views across the pond from the deck, kitchen and living room. Open space plan tastefully redone gave us a comfy place to relax, read, and play games. The kitchen was nicely stocked with great appliances for cooking, which we did. Downstairs was a nice surprise where we could watch tv and play fuzball. The bedrooms were spacious and the furnishings very comfortable. We enjoyed the water and the paddle boards. The only down side was the abundance of water plants, but we easily found nice places to swim. Communication via email was prompt and pleasant. Would be a great place to visit the fall and winter. Also nice for families smaller children. We would definitely visit again.
The owners, Natasha and Vincent could not be better. They consistently responded quickly with any question we might have. This rental is spectacular. The house is exceptional – beautiful, spacious and the design creates a peaceful atmosphere. Everything is super clean. There are many wonderful views of the lake from the house – living room, kitchen, upper deck/patio, patio downstairs and downstairs bedroom. In addition, for those star gazers the night sky was wonderful as the owners took pains to limit the light pollution. The kitchen is brand new completely stocked with all you need. There are games for adults and children and downstairs there is a large TV, a fantastic wall chalkboard for creative drawing as well as a Foosball table.
Robinson Lake is very quiet – just lovely. There are two wonderful beaches very close to the house. We enjoyed the paddleboards as well as the canoe. We also enjoyed walking to town (Copake)- only 1.5 miles away. Picked up sweet corn and peaches along the way! A wonderful vacation!
Beautiful lakefront property! We enjoying kayaking around the serene and peaceful lake. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The fire pit was a great way to end the night. The only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Hope to be back again soon!
Our family, parents and two college students, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely lakeside home. We were able to enjoy being on the water daily using the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boards. Sitting on the deck for morning coffee and at the fire pit for afternoon cocktails allowed for drier moments of lakeside enjoyment. The kitchen in this home is wonderfully stocked with everything a regular/serious home cook would want- the best of any rental I’ve seen. The bedrooms are comfortable, the home is stocked with books, games, and movies, and the overall vibe is pleasing and peaceful. Communication with owners is excellent. Highly recommend.
This property was fantastic for some R &R family time. Kayaking, fishing, smores by the lake the list goes on and on. The home had everything to make our stay enjoyable. Vincent was on point to make sure our stay from beginning to end was perfect. Thanks again.
Great getaway with my hubby and grown children. House was clean, comfortable and as it appears in photos. Views of pond from house beautiful. Kitchen was well appointed. Communication with owner excellent. Well located for hiking, biking, golf, boating and dining.
House was great, property spectacular on the pond. Fully equipped kitchen, multiple indoor and outdoor areas to gather and hang out. Vince was a great communicator with every detail you would need, incredibly responsive to questions. Highly recommend and we would rent again in a heartbeat!!
This lake house was the perfect home to recharge a weary family of 4. Our teens boys loved the canoe and kayaks, while my husband and I loved relaxing by the Adirondack chairs and enjoying a glass of wine by the campfire. Truly memorable experience. And the host Vincent was super responsive and even helped us connect with a few locals when are car wouldn’t start. Can’t wait to visit again!
Amazing views, very relaxing and well designed space. Loved it
As per Vince and Natasha’s other lake house - this house was very well designed and kitted out. Also very well catered for kids. Loved it and would stay again for the relaxation and views!
Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. The house is lovely and the view of the lake is magnificent. Interior is very cozy and comfortable. Will definitely be back in the future.
