In a pleasant estate, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, come and discover this Californian-style chalet for 6 people! This residence, Le Parc Oasis, located 2 km from the beaches and 5 km from Saint-Tropez, is nestled in the midst of a pine park. Enjoy your holidays in relaxation mode!
The approximately 60 square meters house has a sheltered wooden outdoor terrace with a dining area. The living room and equipped kitchen open onto the terrace. The first bedroom has a bed of 140 x 190. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 beds of 90 x 190, and the third has a removable bed of 80 x 190. An adjoining bathroom with a toilet.
For your comfort: flat-screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, electric hob, top refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Parking space.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit of 450 euros, tourist tax. Possibility to rent linens: 20 euros for a double bed and 8 euros for the towel kit. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 100 euros.
