We’ve always loved the quiet charm of North Topsail Beach, and Sea Point North at St. Regis brings together everything we value in a beach escape—oceanfront views, resort-style comfort and amenities, and peaceful surroundings. It’s the kind of place where you can start your day with sunrise coffee on the balcony, walk straight to the sand, or spend the afternoon by the pool. We wanted a space that feels relaxed and welcoming, and we hope it becomes your go-to beach spot, just like it is for us.
What makes this property unique
Expansive, unobstructed ocean and beach views, newly renovated point condo which adjoins with Sea Pointe South - the only adjoining point units at the St. Regis! St. Regis Resort amenities include outdoor pool and pool grill, gym with sauna, outdoor grills and picnic areas throughout the resort grounds, on-site restaurant, basketball court and playground. (Indoor pool is undergoing renovations and is closed for the season.)
