Family apartment in a closed urbanization with swimming pool.

Gorgeous room built apartment with 2 layers and a rooftop terrace. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed, and another with a bunk bed for 3 people and one single bed. A cot is also there. Plants three terraces overlooking the garden, swimming pool and pawns. It has a large living room with German and Dutch television, full equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, dishwashers, etc .; a bathroom with bath and shower. The house is short at many beaches, the center of Torrevieja. That means more Klimat is gorgeous just in winter. Mostly inhabited by 57 houses just 20%. In high season a little more. Pets are not allowed. Also not suitable for disabled people.

Great time

We had a fabulous holiday at this well-presented holiday home. The house had everything we needed and was clean and nicely decorated. The area was very good, with a lovely swimming pool and a beautiful garden surrounded by grapevines and fruit trees. It was a delight to have breakfast outside and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The pool and surrounding area were always clean, The location was perfect, and we had a great time exploring the nearby attractions. Thank you

Der Urlaub in Torrevieja war sehr schön,wir haben alles sehr genossen.Es hat alles geklappt.Super

Das Haus ist sehr hell und geräumig.Hygienisch war es 1A,bis auf minimale Kleinigkeiten,die nicht der Rede wert sind.Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Haus verfügt über alles,was man braucht.Es fehlte uns an nichts.Der Pool im Außenbeleuchtung war das High Light,meine Kinder haben den ganzen Tag dort ihren Spass gehabt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir sind im August dort gewesen, es war an den Stränden ziemlich voll, da wir den Pool hatten,war es ein Ausgleich. Die Terrasse war sehr schön und man konnte da gut sitzen und relaxen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder gerne dahin. Einfach super. Danke an die Fam.Bouwman Karima&Hassan

Fin og ren leilighet i et rolig og familievennlig område. Alt en trenger av utstyr var i leiligheten, eneste minus var at aircondition i 2 etg ikke virket. Heldigvis var der viftet og myggnetting på vinduer. Veldig fint bassengområde og ca 10-15 min i bil til fine strender.

Excellente vacances en famille

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentionnés. La maison est très propre, bien agencée, bien aménagée et vraiment tout confort. L'extérieur est très bien entretenu (piscine) A proximité de tout (plages, commerces, centre commercial, activités noctures pour enfants... ) Endroit idéal pour tous !

toller Urlaub in einer tollen Anlage !

Wir haben im Juni/Juli 2017 mit 2 Kindern (9 und 1,5 J) 14 Tage Urlaub in dieser Wohnanlage gemacht. Die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse / Ansprüche der Kinder und Eltern wurden alle erfüllt. Es gab ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl in einer wunderbaren Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlte. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Wir haben bereits entschieden wieder zu kommen :)
