Alles verlief unkompliziert, der Gastgeber war Nett und freundlich. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen wie ein großen Einkaufszentrum mit vielen verschiedenen Läden. Mehrere Strände in der Nähe zum Schwimmen und Entspannen. Es gibt dort auch viele Restaurants und Bars in La Zenia. Wir waren zum ersten mal in Spanien und es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir auch dort bleiben wollten.

El alojamiento esta fenomenal. La ubicación no tanto, dependes del coche para todo. Realmente lo que no me ha gustado es el lugar de Orihuela Costa que me ha parecido muy impersonal, todas las casas iguales y orientado a extranjeros (para practicar idiomas, muy bien). La casa reitero que muy bien

Super séjour!

Ce fût un très beau séjour en famille. Dès le départ, nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires en temps et en heure de la part du propriétaire. La maison était très propre et bien équipée, elle disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'emplacement est idéal, seulement à 6min en voiture de la plage (playa flamenca) et des centres commerciaux (zénia boulevard). Merci aux propriétaires, ainsi qu'à Marc (personne qui nous a remis les clés sur place) pour leurs réactivité. Je recommande à 100%. L

A fuir !

A éviter si vous avez peur des cafards. Nous a prélevé la caution de 350€ car là Clim a trop été utilisé et qu’il veut récupérer une partie de sa facture d’électricité habitué à louer des logements depuis des années jamais on m’a prélevé une caution. Me reproche également des taches sur un matelas 350€ cela rembourse un matelas et non le lavage du matelas qui est de surcroît déhoussable !! Et pour finir les voisins vous espionne et appellent le propriétaire pour détailler tous vos faits et gestes !

Cher Aïcha, si vous aimez pas les ´cucaratcha’ je vous suppose d’aller en vacance en Suède ou Norvège. Vous avez loué pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, vous avez logé avec 4 enfants et min 3 adultes( le Keyholder a vu le troisième adultes encore prendre ça douche à votre départ. ) En ce qui concerne les tâches dans le lit, ceci n’est pas de quelques goûtes de lait du biberon de votre fils comme vous le prétendez. Le lit et les draps présentent deux traces minimum de 1M sur 45 cm… si votre enfant n’est pas propre mettez lui un Pampers. Au sujet de l’airco! Le règlement demande de ne pas faire tourner l’airco pendent votre absence. Vous m’avez vous même confirmé que vous partiez toute la journée et que vous laissiez l’airco pour qu’à votre retour la pièce était fraîche pour votre fils de deux ans qui serait asmatique… la pièce se refroidit en 10 min… pourquoi faire tourner l’airco pendant 8h pour personnes? Surtout vu là crise de l’ énergie que nous vivons en ce moment. Nous avons eu des locataires après vous sans aucuns soucis et qui étaient très contant du séjour. Vous ne respectez pas les règles et vous n’êtes pas honnête ! Je déconseille fortement au futur propriétaire de vous louez un bien. Je remarque aucun commentaire positif de votre séjour, étonnant quand même… vu que vous aviez demandé de prolonger de 4 jours? C’est que la location devait pas êtres si mal que vos propos.
