Superb penthouse apartment overlooking one of the best swimming pools in the area. Casa Lou offers stylish modern accommodation and with a large private sun terrace to make the best of winter and summer sunshine. This 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, with recently installed wood burning stove for winter rentals, is ideally located and has fantastic balcony views of the communal swimming pool and gardens and of the sea in the distance.

Casa Lou is a very popular property, being well maintained and stylishly furnished to ensure that you have a great holiday. With it’s secluded rooftop sun terrace, sun loungers, stone built BBQ and 4-person dining table and chairs for al fresco entertaining - this apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Internally there is a spacious lounge/dining area with 32" flat screen TV showing a huge range of U.K. and international channels plus the option to use your own Netflix subscription or set up a free one month trial if this is available. .
The dining area and breakfast bar lead to a fully equipped kitchen and utility area.

The guest bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes and is directly opposite the main modern bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and basin The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Casa Lou has both hot and cold air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort. The lounge also has a wood burning stove installed giving the room a warm cosy ambiance for those cooler winter nights.

IMPORTANT: Recent new legislation in Valencia now restricts the number of rental days to a maximum of 10 nights.

This is the second time of staying at this property and it was just as enjoyable, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet location with ample parking but also within walking distance to the vibrant bars and restaurants of Villamartin Plaza.

Perfect location - 5 mins stroll to the plaza. Area is quiet and gardens and pool are beautiful. Apartment has everything you need and the check-in process is so easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment in great location. Just a few mins walk to bars and restaurants, but in a very quiet road. Very well equipped with everything you need (and more) for a relaxing break. Beautiful views of the pool and the sea in the distance. Will definitely come back again.

Great Property - five star

This apartment is in a superb position in a quiet street and a short walk to the shops, and restaurants. Everything you need is in the property and it is beautifully furnished and it feels really homely with a superb view of the pool and the gorgeous gardens. Would recommend this to anyone and we are hoping to return for a longer stay in the winter.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Located in a quiet and peaceful complex. Within a short walk of Villamartin Plaza with an excellent selection of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was very well presented and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. Would recommend and quite happily book again.

Just returned from a week at the property From transport being arranged and easy check in to the weeks stay at the wonderful apartment I can’t recommend enough! Ideal location, a few bars a couple of minutes walk away and only 5 minutes to the plaza ! The apartment overlooks the pool and the best property for pool access, The apartment was lovely and will most definitely be returning Thankyou for a great stay 😊

Lovely complex

Good location close to bars & restaurants but far enough away to enjoy a quite & relaxing location. The property was lovely with amazing views from the solarium. On a quite complex.

Great appartment had everything we needed and more for a great week. Lovely and clean and very comfortable. Sunbeds on the roof terrace was great, and so was the view up there. The pool was just opposite the appartment, making it a great distance for going down for a swim.Was met on arrival by site manager who talked us through everything within the appartment. Complex lovely and clean and the people on there were very friendly and informative. We got loads of advice off them, where to go and eat ect. Plazza and supermarket 5 min walk with fantastic restaurants. Bigger supermarket a 3 min drive or 29 min walk along the canal.

Comfort and location

Excellent location very close to central plaza in Villamartin but in a quiet street. The surrounding grounds are beautifully kept. For a winter sun stay, when the evenings can be chilly, the log fire was wonderful. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The roof terrace is very sunny with good views to the sea. I certainly can recommend Casa Lou.

Fantastic Holiday

We have stayed at Villamartin a number of times in different apartments but this one was by far the best. Lovely position overlooking the pool and really close to the Plaza, perfect! The apartment is very well kept and clean with everything you would need for a great holiday. Steve and Angela very helpful. Lou, thanks for a fab stay, hopefully will be back next year 😊

Perfect Location in a Peaceful & quiet area.

This was our second stay at this apartment. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Plenty of English TV Chanel’s to catch up your favourite programme if you wish. Short walk to the Villamartin Plaza and Golf Course. Well kept communal pool and gardens that’s never overly busy. We are sure to book again in the future.

Relaxation Guaranteed!

Beautiful property, perfectly positioned overlooking the gorgeous pool. Clean, tidy and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The spacious roof solarium an added bonus with panoramic views with the sea in the distance! Very peaceful location with plenty of room for parking on the quiet road in front of the property. Ideally situated as only a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars in Villa Martin square. Would highly recommend staying here which we hope we will be able to do in the near future!

Great check in the villa was immaculate and very handy for Villamartín plaza. It was made easier to book in once we had a contact phone number. It’s ok for some people doing things over the internet but I would rather speak to a real person. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Wonderful Holiday

We have been coming to this area for a few years and are totally smitten with this apartment. The area is very well kept, a short walk to all the restaurants and golf course. There is everything you need in the apartment. The double bed is so comfortable we didn't wake up until 10am. The roof terrace is great with lovely views. We even sunbathed on the loungers in January! Steve and Angela were excellent and were waiting for us on arrival and everywhere was lovely and clean. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else after this holiday. So hopefully Lou and Peter we can keep coming back!

Superb Apartment

Just returned from a very relaxing two week holiday at this superb apartment.The view from the balcony and roof terrace offer superb views of the pool and outlying area,handy if like ourselves you have a teenager who practically lived in the pool. The apartment itself is fully equipped and has air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms,very handy as temperature at night never dropped below 25 degrees for the whole time. The owners were very courtious and professional when we contacted each other,and Steve /Angela who look after the apartment are always contactable if needed. All in all,a perfect place for a relaxing family break.

Great Winter Stay

Stayed in this lovely apartment for two weeks last January and like it so much we came back for six weeks this time! All the previous reviews express our thoughts exactly, so no need to repeat them. We had a wonderful six weeks. To sit outside in the sunshine in tee shirts in December/January was a lovely feeling. Nearly all the restaurants are still open at the Plaza and Chemies is a great stop off on the way home. We went to a carol service there with mulled wine and mince pies. Christmas Day on La Zenia beach is not to be missed. Even the dogs have Santa outfits on! As everyone who has been to the apartment knows how fantastic the view is from the solarium. Watching the firework displays from there on New Year's eve was amazing. The whole six weeks was an outdoor life and we came home with great memories. Would recommend to anyone to try it. Thank you Peter and Lou for the experience. Another great stay.
