Beautiful Naples Condo Regatta @ Vanderbilt Beach. Newly redecorated.

Your vacation residence is on the 3rd floor overlooking the beautiful recreational pool at Regatta. Over 1600 sq ft of living space, including a screen-in lanai which is accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom - ideal for dining or lounging. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has a new King size bed, flat screen HDTV, walk-in closet with storage and drawers, dual sinks and a stall rain shower. Second bedroom also has en suite full bathroom, queen size bed and HDTV. Third bedroom contains two twin beds, dresser, nightstand and closet. Dining room table capacity is 6 with 5 further barstools around the kitchen counter. Kitchen is beautifully appointed with marble countertops and stocked with everything a cook requires. Free high sped internet with wi-fi. Washer/dryer in unit. Beach chairs and beach towels also provided. Enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening while taking in the beautiful views from the lanai.

Regatta is a luxury, gated resort community at Vanderbilt Beach in Naples FL. across from the 5 star Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Resort. Regatta's main swimming pool area features lounge chairs, a waterfall, spa/hot tub and adjacent fitness center. A pool side tiki hut with complete kitchen, ice maker, and two gas grills are available and is used often for happy hour events in-season. Regatta is a short two block walk from award winning Vanderbilt Beach which features chair/umbrella rental, private cabanas, changing/restroom facilities, and a beach store for your food/beverage/sunscreen needs. Enjoy the renown sunsets over the Gulf when an old bell is rung at the moment the sun sets under the horizon. Water activities available nearby include parasailing, jet skiing, boating, and charter fishing. Naples offers several excellent semi-private golf course choices but advanced reservations are highly recommended in season. Grocery shopping options include Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Fresh Market and Publix all nearby. High-end shopping includes The Waterside Shops (3 miles) as well as the boutiques of Old Downtown Naples (8 miles). Only one mile away, is the newly finished Mercato development which offers high end shopping and multiple dining and nightclub options as well as the Silverspot luxury movie theater complete with reserved leather seating and restaurant/bar service.

Perfect winter trip

Excellent choice for us. Condo was nice and the beach toys were wonderful. Great location to Vanderbilt Beach, an easy and pleasant walk. Close enough to restaurants and shopping. I’d def stay again.

Wonderful Condo and complex

Wonderful Host

The owner/host of this property is so responsive and helps to immediately address any need or issue. The condo is within walking distance to the beach and the pool is a great option to have as well, my kids loved it🙂

Terrific week in Naples at two beautiful condos. Both condos were comfortable and well-furnished; well-stocked with paper goods and beach supplies too. Owners are gracious and responsive.

Great facility in a great location

Our stay at the Regatta was awesome. The unit was very clean, spacious and well equiped. It is located just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Vanderbuilt Beach. The pool area is beautiful. Steve and Chistine were very gpod hosts. They were great communicators and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo and great location!

We just completed a week vacation at this condo. It was very nice, clean and well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Another year at the Regatta

Another great stay and beautiful weather. Nothing but great things to say about Christine Ross. So easy to work with and reaches out to you and answers any questions you might have. Unit is well stocked for the beach and the pool. This is at least our fifth time down to the Regatta.

TAKE ME BACK!

Once again, our stay here did not disappoint. For a family of 6, the condo is spacious and supplied with everything needed.Gorgeous views, 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants all surround the beautiful Regatta. The pool is fabulous with a waterfall you can enjoy inside the pool or sipping your favorite beverage on your balcony. Wonderful owners make the stay even more worth it. Definitely will be making a return trip here!

Wonderful experience for our Danish family. Condo was well equipped and we settled in quickly. White terry cloth robes were a welcomed addition and used in the cool mornings. We used the pool and exercise room almost every day. It is a huge plus to be able to walk to the beach with sand chairs and toys from the condo. Staying at the Regatta was a true vacation and the condo more than met our needs.

Great communication pre-stay and during stay. Was so nice to have beach toys- beach wagon- paper products - high chair- pac and play provided. Only suggestion would be to get a different blind that blocks stair lighting coming in thru the master bedroom window.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo. Everything you needed is at your fingertips. Perfect location close to beach, dining, shopping. We would rent from Christine & Steve were wonderful to work with. We were able to check in early and leave when we were ready. The robes in the closets were a added perk. Clean neat and easy to keep clean while you stay there. Thanks for making out Christmas a memorable one.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. So easy to take care of. Everything you need at your fingertips. Our family loved cooking out on the grills by the pool. Great location easy access to the beach shopping and Mercado for eating or shopping. Beach chairs available and towels. The pool is kid friendly and we met so many nice people. Steve & Christine were so wonderful to work with and easy to get a hold of. Thank you again you made my parents so happy that we were able to be there for Christmas would rent this unit again in a second.

Best place in Naples

Christine has to be the best owner in the market. She was eager to resolve any tiny inconvenience we had, and her energy towards making our stay great was the best! The apartment is great for family's. The rooms are big and independent, the kitchen and living room are great for sharing family moments. They have all the stuff needed to go to the beach (which really is a 7' walk away). The place is great, the pools are very enjoyable for the kids and adults. Parking is very comfortable. Location is perfect: walking distance to the beach, to the park and a short drive to Mercato, Waterside Shops, hospitals, supermarkerts... Everything is perfect! We'll be back soon!

A Thanksgiving to Remember

We had a great late Fall getaway in beautiful Naples. This is an attractive and very convenient rental. It’s an easy walk to Vanderbilt Beach and a Publix and WholeFoods minutes away. The unit is in a very secure, well-maintained community. There is a very nice pool for a dip after viewing a gorgeous sunset. The apartment had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for our party of six. Our only gripe was that we had to go home. Chris and Steve were great hosts! They helped us get through the paperwork we needed for the building. They were very flexible about arrival and departure times. But what we appreciated most of all is that they did not burden us with a cumbersome checkout list.

Great for families!

Great place for families! 3 bedrooms, very clean and well-maintained. Regatta has a very beautiful pool area. The condo overlooks the pool and is close enough for our baby monitor to reach, so we could lay out by the pool while kids napped. We actually preferred not staying at a place right on the beach to avoid any worries if red tide was present. It's an easy walk to the beach. We've been to the Bonita/Naples area before and always liked the Vanderbilt beach area... sandy beach and close to good restaurants and shopping. One rainy day we visited the Naples Children's Museum which is less than a 15 minute drive. This was our first time renting through VRBO, was a great experience, owners super helpful and great communication. Gate access information sent in advance and even got to choose our own code to enter the unit so was super easy! No need to check-in really, just show up. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great location and comfortable condo

This condo is in a perfect location to walk to the beach and it is well stocked with umbrellas, 6 beach chairs and a wagon to tote everything. Everything for the beach was in great shape--a pleasant surprise to some of the other rentals we have had in the past! It was very nice not to have to worry about parking as it was a crowded week at Vanderbilt beach. The condo is also located only a mile away from CVS pharmacy, Publix grocery store and several restaurants. The check in process was seamless and the owner was fabulous to communicate with about all the details. Check out was equally as easy. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Washer and drier were fabulous as was the supply of toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo/conditioner and soap--a bonus compared to most rentals. It was also pretty quiet for the amount of kids that were staying in the building. We have rented at least 5 houses in the Naples Park area and I would not hesitate to stay in this condo again.

Great space for our family of 5 and excellent, convenient location!

We stayed at this property the first week in April and had a great time, wonderful weather and would definitely return! We have three children ages - 4 to 8 and they had an absolute blast. We loved the spaciousness of the condo, the large kitchen, plenty of seating and three private, good sized bedrooms. So nice to have two full bathrooms, large laundry/storage room and the beautiful lanai that looked over the pool. My kids wanted to swim in the kid friendly pool every day. The beach is a couple of blocks away and although we did walk a couple of times with the kids, we actually ended up driving our car down with all of our beach gear, dropping the kids off and then parking the car back at the condo and walking back. Not an issue for me because I loved the fresh air and extra exercise. Very convenient to have beach chairs and umbrellas available as well! The owners were very accommodating and responsive and checked in with us. The first day they ended up letting us know we could check in early as well as let us stay past the normal check out time on our last day. ..so great because we had a later flight! We loved having Publix and CVS so close by for groceries and other necessities as well as the shopping area of Mercado which has restaurants and fun stores to browse. We also used the onsite fitness facility and enjoyed jogging outside on the beaches and through neighborhoods. We didn't realize how large Naples is and how many Beach and Shopping options there are! A must do is a dolphin or sunset cruise out of Tin City - especially family friendly and fun. We were lucky enough to enjoy two dolphins and an absolutely stunning Gulf sunset. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!
