Nice original Floridian hotel, 308 on 2nd floor. Large 1 bedroom apartment, with full kitchen and combined lounge, bathroom with spacious shower and bedroom with queen size bed. Located 1 block from sandy Fort Lauderdale beach, and walking distance to all beach restaurants and bars. Get your morning coffee at Starbucks around the corner, jump on the water taxi just opposite the hotel. And you have one free parking spot. Enjoy.

The room is exactly as described. It's an older building, but very nice inside and out. A short walk to the beach, and close to all the shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting one the second floor walkway.

Nice little place near everything

This one bedroom space was in a great location near all the Ft Lauderdale hot spots. It was clean and as advertised. We walked to the beach area, the water taxi and breakfast places. The owner was very responsive to our requests.

One week pleasure trip

Stayed for one week. Location is great. Nice that we had parking for our rental car. Location is close to beach, restaurants, etc. Apartment was adequate and as advertised. Communication was good and we had no major issues.

No car needed -Great Location!!

We spent 4 days at this awesome location in Ft. Lauderdale. It is close to everything so we took a chance and didn’t rent a car. We never needed one! The beach is a block away and the hostess provided towels and beach chairs! The water taxi is across the street if you want to go sightseeing. We walked to some really great restaurants nearby. The apartment is plenty spacious for two with a lovely modern kitchen. We had no problems at all with the shower-just give it about a minute to heat up and then turn it to your desired temp. It was not a problem. The place is super clean and has a lovely common space patio area. If you need groceries, go to the CVS nearby. They have lots of food choices and a large selection of beer and wine.

Loaded with fake reviews

Nothing was as advertised except for location which was great. Place was very dirty we found 3 cockroaches. And left right away. Brought this to Liza’s attention with no response. Wasted a lot of money and moved to another place which was true to its profile. We were very turned off and dissatisfied especially with the cockroaches. Don’t be fooled by all the perfect ratings by anonymous. In closing the doors and locks were very flimsy be very careful.

Good location, but odd communication

Overall, our stay was very good. The location was great being very close to the beach, restaurants, and even the state park that sits North. The unit also has two chairs, towels, and an umbrella that made it very easy to pack for days at the beach. The only issue that we had was communication with the property manager. There was confusion with the payment calling three different times asking for pay when I paid the first time right after booking, and also had an odd experience when reaching out to her about the listing itself. I had inquired about a couple things leading up to our stay and instead of offering help, the property manager was extremely dismissive and made me feel like I was the problem. I was fairly nervous about arriving to the place, but communication after that odd incident was fine.

The owner has left my last message unresponded to. If you have ANY MOLD ALLERGIES do not rent here. This is highly dangerous if you have any issues with water molds. House is very musty, bed was broken [not the bed shown in the photo], tile in the bathroom is broken to where 3 inches behind the wall is showing. No fan in the shower. Black mold under AC boxes snd on the ceiling you can see where water damage was present but only painted over. We had to leave the next morning because i was getting symptoms of over mold exposure. I lf your health can handle it then go. The studio was cute, just too many short cuts vs updates that is needed to protect the originality of the home. Floors turned my socks black but Liza advised me they mopped twice before i got there. Dead lizard...well, skeletal remains of one under the high chair. Just be careful. Wasnt worth the funds we spent for 2 nights for my health.

Block from the beach

Absolutely for the price, the best location on ft Lauderdale. The location is fantastic. You don’t even need a car. You can walk or ride bikes or grab a street golf cart to get anywhere, even Las Olas blvd. There’s a cvs 2 blocks away for groceries and several restaurants a block away. Highly recommend.

Nice location and unit

The location is great, behind the Westin. It's easy to walk a block to the beach and many restaurants. The water taxi is also across the street on the intercoastal. I thought the unit was nice and it even includes beach chairs and beach towels. Each unit has a combination lock box, so you will get an automated email with the combination at checkin time which was 2pm.
