Für Familientreffen gut geeignet

Ausstattung absolut ausreichend und der Beschreibung entsprechend. Jediglich die Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich waren in einem nicht so guten Zustand. Kunststoffstühle wurden bei Nachfrage in genügender Stückzahl bereitgestellt. Polster/Sitzkissen wären angebracht. Funktionierende Außenbeleuchtung im Sitzbereich fehlt. EIN kleiner Tisch zum Grill müsste noch angeschafft werden. Der Innenbereich erfüllt alle Anforderungen. Nur der olle Staubsauger macht Alles aber nur nicht saugen... Die Betten (großes Lob) waren sehr komfortabel. Für Familientreffen ist das Objekt gut geeignet.

Nettes Haus mit unangenehmen Folgen

Wir waren mit 14 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern in Altenaus. Vorab lief die Buchung und Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin super, auch der Aufenthalt war schön entspannt. Die Übergabe des Hauses konnte die Gastgeberin nicht persönlich einrichten, also haben wir die Auszugs-Liste nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen abgearbeitet und sind abgereist. Danach kam eine böse Email mit einer langen Mangelliste und der Drohung einer Schlusszahlung. Zu den Mängeln zählten Abdrücke von Kinderhänden an der Terrassentür, falsch einsortiertes Geschirr und ein sandiger Fussboden. Gleichzeitig hat die Gastgeberin einen defekten Staubsauger bereitgestellt. Und Respekt, wer sich nach vier Tagen Aufenthalt mit 20 Personen daran erinnern kann, in welche Schublade welcher Löffel oder Teller hingehört! Für uns hatte die Abreise einen bitteren Beigeschmack eines ansonsten sehr schönen Urlaubs. Für uns war es der letzte Urlaub in diesem Haus.

Mooi ruim huis met fijne bedden

Mooi vakantiehuis met veel ruimte en ruime slaapkamers. Aardige verhuurster. Fewo Direkt roept ten onrechte een schimmige site op. Communicatie via de verhuurster is lastig. We hadden een fijn verblijft.

Familientreffen

Wir haben dieses Objekt für ein Familientreffen genutzt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für viele Leute benötigt, die Badezimmeraufteilung absolut ausreichend, die Betten himmlisch und auch die lage ist perfekt zum erkunden des Ortes und als Startpunkt für weitere Unternehmungen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit 😊

Super Preis-/Leistung

Das Haus ist sehr groß und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet (Topflappen wären schön gewesen). Die Bäder hätten in der einen oder anderen Ecke sauberer sein können. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und ist auch gut an die Bundesstraße angebunden. Für den Preis bekommt man viel Haus und darf aber keinen Luxus erwarten.
