The place is so beautiful, we have been to South Padre every year for the last 12 years and this condo is the best, well maintained and most comfortable condo we have ever stayed. We were so impressed!! 5

Great stay in Padre

Very nice place and looking forward to making a trip to South Padre again next year. The condo was fantastic and really enjoyed the place. Well kept and has everything you need.

Absolutely incredible!!

The photos we saw online were gorgeous but seeing the condo in person was incredible! It is beyond stunning and set up perfectly for my husband and I are our 5 teens. Perfect location and anyone who stays there will not be disappointed. We look forward to visiting again!

Overall Nice Stay

Pros -comfortable beds -clean and updated unit -good communication with property management company -plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids Cons -outdoor patio furniture is rusted and needs to be replaced -Blackstone did not work

Padre Visit

My sisters and I had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was perfect but lacking a few small things (enough toilet paper for 5 for at least a day, maybe a few accessories for kitchen until we had time to shop (foil, Saran Wrap, cooking spray). The location was perfect for beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Overall, , it was very nice. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Beautiful condo at resort with amenities

My husband, three daughters (ages 12, 10, 6) and I rented this condo for a five-day trip over fall break. The condo is gorgeous with high quality finishes and was extremely clean. We enjoyed using the boogie boards, sand toys and chairs from the beach closet and the in-unit washer/dryer was a bonus as many other units at Saida use the shared coin laundry. We leveraged all the amenities at the resort including tennis, pickle ball and shuffle board (simply check out equipment for free in the Royale building) and used all three pools (when looking out the balcony the one closest to the beach on the right is heated). The oversized balcony offered beautiful sunrises and a great place to enjoy a beverage while overlooking the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Graduation Getaway for Daughter

First, I meant to do a review immediately after we returned home, but my mom became very ill and life just kept happening, so here it is, almost a year has passed, but this place was so wonderful I felt that i still needed to do the review. This trip was to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation, so it was myself, my husband, daughter and 4 of her friends. As a family, we have stayed at Saida before, but never this particular condo. We have also stayed at Sapphire, but felt like Saida was best for this trip. Check in was the easiest I have ever experienced. Our condo was the most beautiful we have stayed in. We booked this particular condo because we needed lots of room for the girls and the space was perfect. One of the rooms had 2 bunk beds and the girls enjoyed it the most. Nice and cozy without the girls feeling cramped. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we didn't require much because we ate evening meals out and snacked or ate light for the day. The balcony was also extra spacious for a hang out spot with spectacular views. Not only was the condo beyond beautiful, but the entire grounds were clean and pristine. My husband, who usually isn't easily impressed by anything, actually said he would buy this condo if we could. We are possibly thinking of going back to South Padre again this summer. If so, we will be checking to see if this unit is available.

Beautiful views!!

We loved our place! It was bright and the place was amazing. Decorated beautifully, the beds felt luxurious and the ease of having things available for us was nice. Loved that they had beach chairs in the condo and beach towels to bring to the beach. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to the island.
