- 1 corner sofa convertible into sofa bed 120 x 190
- 1 cinema room equipped with video projector, popcorn machine, and mini fridge
=> sofa bed 140 x 190, perfect for a 3rd independent bedroom with separate toilet
=> independent laundry room with washing machine
Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms with double bed 140 x 190
- 1 bathroom with shower (small step to access the shower)
- 1 separate WC
On location:
- terrace with garden furniture
- small enclosed garden with gate
- 2 private parking spaces
The accommodation includes Wifi, Netflix and Disney +
We will welcome you from 4pm either in person or independently arriving using the key box system.
To park, two parking spaces are reserved for you and you can park on the sidewalk in the street. Attention the access to the house is sloping, you can go by car to drop off a person and then go back up to park.
On foot, you are 5 minutes from the Super U of Saint Georges les Baillargeaux
