No fine print here! We respectfully ask that guests read our listing fully to make sure our place is a great fit for your trip, but please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. The entire condo is yours to enjoy while you're here, as well as community amenities like garage parking, swimming pool, tennis, basketball, BBQ station, clubhouse, onsite dining and shopping, and the marina! Slip rentals can be difficult to get during the busy season, but boat rentals are easy to do, and if you're traveling with a boat, send me a message and I'll see what I can do.
