This beautiful 4 bedroom home is located in Yacht Club, there are many houses for rent in Cape Coral, but the Yacht Club neighborhood is the place to be if you want to be close to the local beach and walking distance to restaurants and downtown night life. From the home it is a 7 min boat ride to open water and a 5 min car ride to the Yacht Club Beach.
The home's main area features an open floor plan, with 2 12 ft. sliders opening to the beautiful patio with new salt water pool and spa. Newly remodeled kitchen, all new stainless appliances, Breakfast bar seats 3, dining area seats 8, 4 bedrooms all with flat screen TV's and dvd players, comfortably sleeps 8,

What makes this property unique

Location, Location ... it's the best, the home has that "old Florida feel" although remodeled, it retains its charm, also beautiful view of canal from the living room.
