Recently renovated ancient house, surrounded by a small charming garden and a courtyard under a cherry tree. It is located in a quiet street with little traffic, in a wine village which is part of the Côte de Beaune. The house is within walking/biking distance of the vineyards, two bicycle paths and hiking trails. On the first floor, kitchen / dining room, bathroom and living room, and a large bedroom on the mezzanine, with office area.
