For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is required for access to the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund within 8-14 days after departure, provided there are no damages.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cleaning for cigarette smell post-stay: €450.
Extra key service is available exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key, if left on the door or inside the apartment.

Respect your neighbors' peace and quiet. Excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.
Please be aware of any ongoing construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

For unique services or events, please seek pre-approval. Deposits apply for bookings during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
We'd like to remind you that the minimum age for making a reservation is 23 years old. Individuals under 23 may only stay on the property if accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in refusal of entry, and no refund requests will be accepted.
