National Assembly Orsay Museum

Welcome to the safest neighborhood in Paris.

Just steps from the National Assembly (Palais Bourbon), the Musée d'Orsay (6-minute walk), and the Tuileries Garden (7-minute walk).

The Eiffel Tower will be at your feet after a pleasant 25-minute stroll.

At "Au Bon Marché Rive Gauche," a Parisian institution, you can stroll, shop, and savor French cuisine.

Please note: To reserve the sofa bed, you must inform us before your arrival.

The apartment is laid out as follows:
A small 25m² studio ideal for a couple (maximum 2 adults and 2 children under 15).

The sleeping area is separate from the main room, which faces the street.
You will sleep on a mezzanine with a 160x190cm double bed. The main room has a 140x190 cm sofa bed, suitable for two children only. We cannot accommodate more than two adults in this rental.

A kitchenette is available.

A shower room with a sink.

A separate toilet.

We do not accept arrivals on December 25th or January 1st, and there is an €85 surcharge for arrivals between 8 pm and 11 pm.
We do not accept arrivals after 11 pm.

This apartment was an ideal location for my solo trip to Paris. The loft bed was comfortable, the shower was clean with plenty of hot water, and the location was brilliant! I walked to many museums and churches, and there was lots of grocery shopping, restaurants and shops nearby. The flooring in the kitchen area is in a state of disrepair so I wish I had packed my slippers - but not a huge issue. (There was no vineyard...)

Hello, thank you for your comment. We would like to inform you that, following repeated water damage, the parquet flooring was indeed replaced this week. We installed tiles. The problem has been resolved.

Outstanding location. We were met in person and details of apartment shown to us. Everything in good working order and you could easily cook simple meals there. Three of us stayed there, and it was fine. Sofa makes into comfortable bed. It is petite, but lots of nooks to store your things. My only suggestion would be to paint the navy blue out with something much lighter, get rid of the random art and get some big mirrors, this will make space look bigger. Swap floor lamp for a wall mount. Get a rectangular rug instead of round one with maybe a bit of color. This place could be a real gem with a bit of decor. It was very comfortable for us. Some OK but not gourmet restaurants nextdoor and across the street.
