Welcome to our gîte, a detached 19th-century house, typical of the area, surrounded by corn fields. It boasts a 1500m² plot of land, an outdoor terrace, and a covered terrace with a barbecue. Inside, you'll find a living room with a kitchen separated by a counter, a dining room, and a living room, a pantry, three bedrooms (two 1.40m x 1.90m beds, two 100x200m beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A covered carport is available for parking up to two cars, with an electric vehicle charging point. Electric heating is available. Owner-owned winery. Pets welcome with a deposit.
