Beautiful apartment for 6 persons more than 90 sqm with amazing 50sqm city and sea view veranda, in Monopoli's centre and near the famous ancient historic centre. The apartment is standing only 200mt away from the sandy beach of Monopoli and 500mt away from the historic centre and Porta Vecchia beach.

The interiors, finely furnished and including all comforts, presents itself with a fully furnished kitchen and equipped with all household appliances, even further embellished with refined balconies; three comfortable fully furnished bathroom; finally, three exquisite master bedroom.

From the living room, allow guests may get access to the 50msq veranda, enriched with floral braids surrounding the frames of the balcony. Moreover, on the same terrace, we may find an outdoor dining and lounging area.

Around the area plenty of restaurants, bars, café’s serving traditional dishes of the region. The property is situated a few steps from restaurants and local amenities of the town of Monopoli. Lovely apartment

Great apartment. Very clean. Large balcony so you can follow the sun all day. 3 bedrooms all with own bathroom big thank you to Anna-lise for her help during our stay. The only little downside was the walk into the old town which was about 30-40 minutes. But it was worth it !

Hello When we arrived at the apt, we saw that there was no air conditioning in the kitchen . This is not stated in the advertising ad. My son and I have asthma and had a hard time breathing in the house. The u it’s in the bedroom are also very weak and you don’t get much air. Wifi in the apt doesn’t work. We needed up leaving the night we checked in and went to another hotel. The owner refused to give us a refund and now we have to escalate the issue. Do not stay here.

Très bon emplacement

Appartement grand et bien situé, proche de la mer et à 2km du centre ville ce qui fait qu'on y allait souvent à pied. Monopoli est une magnifique petite ville avec un centre historique très animé le soir.

Apparetement très spacieux, bien equipé avec 3 chamabres et salle de bain privative Très grand balcon qui privilégie la vie à l'extérieur Seul bémol, l'environnement est moyen et nécéssite un véhicule pour aller au centre Sinon plages et criques à proximité qui évitent le parking payant Propriétairte très agréable et à l'écoute de nos besoins Parfait pour découvrir la région des Pouilles et profiter de la mer ensuite

Agréable séjour à Monopoli !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Maria Giovanna. Les 3 chambres climatisées et disposant chacune d'une salle de bain facilitent la vie en groupe. La terrasse est grande et permet de manger dehors. Des criques sont accessibles à pieds. Maria Giovanna et son mari sont très sympathiques et nous ont réservé un bon accueil. Merci pour les panzerotti et les poires du jardin !
