The third bedroom hosts two twin beds and flat screen TV. Free high-speed internet (for workaholics who can't help it) when you need to be connected. New covered boat slip with a lift, electricity, and water. The lift can hold up to a 31 foot boat. Anything longer will not be able to make the turn out because of the boat house across the canal. Boat slip is 11.5� wide. Mexico Beach Canal Bridge has an overhead clearance of 12 feet.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
