When looking from the beach, 214 D Leeward Ave is the top quarter quarter of a four unit condo. This two bedroom and one bath unit also has a large bonus loft, so there is sleeping space for 6+. With ocean views from every room, this special space is a breath of sea air and sunshine.

214 D is located on a guarded swimming beach in a great neighborhood. There is a playground, an ice cream shop, and deli all within two blocks and Beach Haven Center is less than a mile - close enough to enjoy the restaurants and shopping but away from the hustle and bustle.
