Convenient ONSITE boat &/or jet ski rentals available, weather/lake level permitting! The boat is a 25-foot Rinker deck boat that holds up to 13 people. This wonderful lakefront home has a swim dock and a free flow floor plan with 4 BRs, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. It also Includes water toys! Free Wifi! Equipped with smart tvs with streaming. New deck with 3 patio tables and charcoal grill. Fire pit. Includes board, card and putt putt games. The main level boasts a kitchen with a stainless steel dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sink, and granite countertops. Full size coffeemaker and Keurig. The kitchen table seats up to 8 and there are 4 tv trays. The kitchen flows into the living room, which has a electric leather couch, two chairs and an adjustable wall mounted 55" tv. The living room has a sliding glass door that overlooks the lake and leads to the new deck. Two bedrooms are on the main level. One has a queen size bed and 32" tv and the other has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on top and a queen size mattress on the bottom. The bathroom is between the bedrooms. It has a tub/shower combination. Stairs on the main level lead to the upper loft area which has space for a queen air mattress (which can be provided upon request--please ask at the time of booking) and a large desk. The third bedroom is off the desk area. It has a queen size bed and 32" tv. The downstairs area has the fourth bedroom (King size bed and 40" tv), the second bathroom (shower) the second living room (sofa with full size sofabed, tv, pub table and putt putt game), and a storage area with a new washer and dryer for guest use. Starter supply of paper products provided. The kitchen contains pots, pans, bakeware, a blender, mixer, and crockpot, as well as basic spices, oil, coffee. Charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill is provided.
