Tikazanou - Charmante maison pour 4

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Mard-de-Réno, this charming house of a surface of approximately 100 m ² and being able to accommodate until 4 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 35 m² (with fireplace), a separate equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of about 3 000 m². We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A living room of about 35 m² with TV, Wifi, fireplace (wood provided), sofa and armchairs.
- A dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A shower room.
- A separate toilet.

1st floor :
- Bedroom 1 : One double bed.
- Bedroom 2 : A double bed and two additional mattresses that can accommodate children.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of about 3,000 m² and a terrace with a charcoal barbecue available, a large wooden table for eating outside as well as deck chairs and a hammock to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Mard-de-Réno, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in the immediate vicinity of a state forest.

Transportation:
- You will be able to park directly on the grounds of the house.
- Nearest train station : Alençon (35 min).
- Nearest airport: Le Mans (1h 08 min).

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in supplement (rent and payment to be made with our partner on the spot).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

Tikazanou "What a true gem! This house exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean and tidy with a beautiful and comfortable layout. We felt at home immediately. The setting is perfect for a private and peaceful stay in the country and to enjoy the Perche Forest. We did a nice 7-mile hike in the lovely Perche right out the path from the home, which was part of our reason for wanting to stay at this location. Kitchen was very well set up for cooking, which we enjoyed several meals. The table outside was perfect to enjoy coffee in the morning or wine sipping in the afternoon and to breathe in the countryside and nature. Thierry was a kind and responsive host and truly made us feel welcome. I would love to come back here and stay for much longer."

Tikazanou "Nice country cottage in stunning location 🙂 A charming country house, in a delightful location. The kitchen was ample and very well equipped, the sitting room had a very comfortable sofa, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage for hanging clothes up. Mortagne La Perche is a lovely place to stay, and there are country walks/hikes that can be done directly from the property. 🙁 Beware that the rental company actually takes a deposit in case you damage the property (this is in addition to the rental payment). In our case, it was taken from our credit card a few days before arrival, and we received it back about five days after our departure. It's not done in the same way that a car hire company puts a charge on the card but doesn't actually take it, so you really need to budget for it. If your credit card charges fees for overseas transactions, you will not get them back. I did not see this on the terms and conditions when we signed up, so a lesson for attention to detail!"

Nous avons passé 14 jours dans une maison de vacances soignée dans les moindres détails, dans un endroit magnifuque. Le calme et ta tranquillité nous manqueront particuliérement. Le région du Perche, un joyau caché. Et surtout , de propriétaires trés serviable et symphatiques
