Ideal couple, single person. In duo or solo, you will not be isolated but nevertheless independent; you will benefit from a calm environment, country and at the same time convivial to relax you. We assure you a discreet presence and will be at your disposal to meet your needs. Late arrival possible.

Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of which the GR 22, the manor of Courboyer Nocé, home of the Regional Park of Perche, is 3 km, forests, ponds, recreation center, equestrian walks and hiking are possible nearby.
Ground floor: living room (sofa bed 2 people) with kitchen and beautiful view of the countryside, wc. Floor by spiral staircase: attic bedroom (double bed) with sitting area and 2nd TV, bathroom with shower and bath + wc. Washer dryer. Outdoor space 20m². For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is included and the bed is made upon arrival. Cottage classified 3 ears GDF.
Compulsory stay tax of up to 0.75 euro (calculated according to the number of nights) due to the owner on arrival. (Except children under 18 years old)
