L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le Perche Ornais, le village de La Perrière est trés calme, les commerces essentiels sont accessibles à moins de 15 km. Des transats dans le jardin auraient été les bienvenus aprés une grande balade dans cette belle campagne du Comté du Perche.
