We absolutely loved it! My family and I had a splendid time. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The property was well equipped with everything we needed — super comfortable and exceptionally clean.

We were worried about the tub spout in the bathroom flopping around because it wasn't secured and the shower curtain was small for the size of the shower, but it was clean and easy overall. Would have been nice if the doors had their own locks for privacy. How was extremely responsive.

For future guests, the shower head has been fixed. We do not have individual bedroom locks due to previous issues with very young children getting locked in from messing around and not being able to unlock the door on their own.

Perfect for a family trip to the falls

The rental was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was so close to the falls and perfect for our family of 5.

The place was spotless and in a quiet and convenient location. Even the outdoor furniture is comfortable. Everything worked, which doesn't always happen with rentals. Checking in and out were both simple. James was very responsive. He even answered a silly question unrelated to our stay. Tips for other travelers: If you have any guests that need a very dark room for sleeping, you may want to bring something dark to cover windows. The windows have blinds and light colored sheers only. My sister ended up taping aluminum foil to her windows as a temporary fix. Also, beware if your GPS tries to take you to the nearest 7eleven for gas, they do not sell gasoline.
