Built at the beginning of the 20th century by a Norman notable, the Villa Sainte Anne was bequeathed to an association to become a holiday destination for nuns. <br>The property is located between Honfleur and Deauville, on the Côte Fleurie, and right next to Villerville, voted one of the most beautiful villages in France.<br>The Villa offers a magnificent sea view and is a 5-minute walk from the beach of Cricqueboeuf.<br>A large garden and an inner courtyard (with barbecue facilities) are at your disposal.<br>The "Lucie" apartment of 60 m2, duplex, consists of a living room and a bedroom with shower and sink on the 1st level. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave...). The second bedroom is upstairs with another shower room.<br>The apartment was completely redone in 2023.<br>Bed linen and towels can be provided with an extra charge of 50€.<br>Free private parking is available.<br>A washing machine is also available in the common areas.

L’accueil etait au top, la maison est exactement comme décrite dans la description ,tout était parfait la propreté, l’environnement, le jardin , les équipements, la literie .Vraiment que du bonheur dans cette superbe maison, et mon ptit chien a adoré le jardin parfaitement clos. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison confortable à proximité d'une plage de rêve

L'accueil de Gwenola était parfait dans cette maison confortable et pratique pour notre famille. Petits cadeaux de bienvenue, une déco soignée, des équipements pile comme il faut, une communication efficace. Gros plus du côté de la literie vraiment chouette. L'accès à la plage de Cléder à 10 minutes à pieds est vraiment un atout. Bref, un séjour très agréable dans cette maison de bord de mer (à 5 minutes en voiture du bourg de Cléder où vous trouverez boulangeries, boucheries, supermaché et même fromager et caviste). Merci encore Gwenola.
