In Cap Ferret, in the Belisaire area, 200 metres from the beach and shops, in a great location—a charming little townhouse typical of Cap Ferret, recently renovated.

A comfortable home, ideal for 5 people and a baby.

Fully equipped, it features a living/dining room with an open kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds (which cannot be pushed together), and on the mezzanine: 1 double bed and a bedroom with a single bed and a cot

The house features two furnished terraces, one at the front (north) and one at the back (south), as well as a pleasant outdoor shower (hot/cold water)

The house is equipped with air conditioning.

NOTE:
The rental of linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) is not included in the rate.
However, it is possible to arrange this service through a professional provider; please feel free to contact me!
