Between land and sea, a fully renovated old farmhouse in the heart of the village of Saint-Pee-sur-Nivelle.

You’ll stay in a section of this farmhouse that offers complete privacy, complete with an outdoor terrace.

The 180m² house features a master suite and two additional bedrooms, with a second shared bathroom.

You’ll be located:
-20 minutes from the coast (Saint-Jean-de-Luz/Bidart/Guethary)
-10 minutes from the legendary Rhune, with the charming villages of Sare and Ascain at its feet
-25 minutes from the BAB (Bayonne/Anglet/Biarritz)
-50 minutes from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, a stop on the famous pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela


Not far from there, just before the border, 15 minutes from Dantxaria and its ventas, 45 minutes from San Sebastián and the entire Basque coast, where you can enjoy pintxos (tapas) and txakoli (a sparkling white wine and local speciality)

As you can see, you’re right in the heart of everything our beautiful region has to offer.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette ferme rénovée avec goût. Les murs épais de la maison permettent de garder la fraîcheur, la maison est spacieuse, moderne et bien équipée. La vue sur la campagne est très agréable et nous avons pu faire de belles balades. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil.

Ein wunderschön renoviertes Haus mit hohem Ausbaustandard und einer sehr unkomplizierten Vermietung. Wir haben die trotz enormer Hitze sehr genossen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Ander. Tout est très propre, le mobilier et les équipements sont de qualité. Probablement notre meilleure expérience. L'endroit est idéalement situé pour rayonner sur le pays basque, entre terre et mer.

Espaço verde e fresco, numa casa que corresponde à descrição feita: espaçosa, luminosa, com uma decoração moderna e minimalista; bem equipada e perto de saint-pée sur nivelle. O Ander recebeu-nos muito bem e foi sempre atencioso e prestável em dar dicas para conhecer o país basco e resolver alguns problemas que surgiram. Guardamos a casa como referência para regressar a esta zona. Recomendamos vivamente!

Urlaub in Südwestfrankreich

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Saint Pee sur nivelle. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, wunderschön, modern und sehr geräumig. Auch unsere beiden Kinder waren begeistert. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat jede Frage persönlich per Mail vorab und auch zwischendurch beantwortet. Nach Biarritz , Saint Jean de Luz und Bidart sind ca. 25 min. entfernt. Rings um das Haus ist es sehr idyllisch und perfekt zum Entspannen und Erholen . Im Dorf gibt es alles was man braucht-Supermarkt, Bäckerei und kleine Restaurants. Diese lange Reise aus Deutschland hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Lieber Ander, dir und deiner Familie alles Gute Familie Luci aus Mitteldeutschland
