The apartment was very well looked after and clean. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Looking out of the front windows we had a sea view and from the bedroom at the side we had a view of the lighthouse. Unfortunately, due to renovations taking place in an apartment below we had no water for a couple of hours one day and drilling and a lot of dust on two other occasions. But despite this, I would recommend this apartment as a place to stay.

Great location

Nice size property. Lovely view from lounge and a couple of the bedrooms. Biarritz is beautiful and the location of the apartment is ideal within very easy reach of the beautiful beach and amenities We found it difficult to find the right door to access the apartment on arrival, which was a bit annoying, but the owners were on hand to help guide us eventually. We found the apartment was good for a weekend, but the bed in the main bedroom was very squeaky and the bathrooms were all very tired and in need of refurbishment. Lots of hot water though for showering after a busy day and a comfy sofa for relaxing. lovely high ceilings. We found the road noise disruptive but think that this is something that most central properties in biarritz would experience. We would have preferred to communicate with the owners in english, but all communication was in French so was slightly difficult. We found someones drivers license between the bedsheet and mattress of one of the beds we slept in so found this a bit odd. Cleaning fees and linen fees are very high, we felt Overall, a great sized apartment, in need of a bit of TLC in places, in a great location.

Pour répondre au message ci-dessus : tout d’abord, concernant l’arrivée, nous vous avons autorisés à accéder à l’appartement des la fin de matinée ( 16 h normalement) et enfin quitter l’appartement à 18h le dimanche. ( les lieux doivent être libérés à 10h habituellement afin de réaliser le ménage); il est donc difficile d’être sur place, compte tenu de ses horaires, aménagés et autorises pour vous être agréable compte tenue des horaires de vos vols . Concernant des nuisances sonores, au centre de Biarritz, dans le quartier impérial, cela me semble une évidence que quelques voitures circulent… Concernant le ménage par contre je ferai part à la personne responsable de votre mécontentement, et m’occuperai du lit « grinçant « Je suis navré que l’appartement n’est pas été à la hauteur de votre attente .

Week-end exceptionnel !

Nous avons célébrer notre mariage dans ce bel appartement. Au pied de la plage... une vue magnifique sur l'océan ! Il suffit d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour entendre le bruit de la mer. Très apaisant et relaxant, que du bonheur ! Malheureusement l'accueil est plus que médiocre, et l'appartement n'était pas propre ce qui n'a pas échappé aux yeux de mes invités... c'est vraiment dommage pour une prestation de ce standing ! Très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui eux sont vraiment adorables. Je recommande malgré tout cette adresse qui j'espère saura régler ces détails importants.

The beauty and quality of this place was topped only by the kindness of the hosts: Marie Laure and Jean Sébastien were very helpful and responsive and the house is exactly as it's shown in the pictures: perfect spaces, perfect location nearby the Grand Plage, wireless perfectly working and so on. Something to suggest to your best friend!

We spent one of the greatest vacation of our life in this beautiful French city of Biarritz! This gorgeous apartment is not only ideally located but also perfect for a big family with three children. Nous avons séjourné dans en famille avec nos trois enfants dans ce merveilleux appartement.La maison typiquement basque possède un cachet magnifique. L'appartement refait récemment a beaucoup de charme ,avec de belles chambres spacieuses,et de beaux volumes intérieurs.Il est vraiment très bien situé,à quelques pas de la superbe plage de Miramar ,et à proximité du centre.Le quartier Saint Charles situé à 200 m est vraiment sympathique avec plein de petits commerces pratiques.Nous recommandons vivement cette belle location,ou vous pourrez passer de superbes vacances.Merci encore aux propriétaires qui étaient eux aussi en vacances ,qui nous ont accueilli et qui sont vraiment charmant.
