Bathroom 1 - Ensuite with tile and marble shower, separate handheld shower and vanity.
Bathroom 2 - Ensuite with shower, glass door, rain shower ,separate handheld shower.

Living Room – Cozy and refined, new West Elm sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, elegant finishes.

Kitchen – Fully stocked, combination Keurig pod / drip machine, all the small gadgets.

- Landscaped parking allotted for 1 vehicle only.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. *If needing early check-in or late check-out please DO NOT ask until the day before check-in at earliest due possible last minute rentals. If you absolutely NEED it, I would suggest renting the night prior*

*Pet Policy: Only Small Pets under 25 pounds (maximum of 2) allowed with prior written approval ($200 non-refundable fee per pet).Must have authorization prior to reservation.*

-No amplified music.
-No smoking inside.
-Only Small Pets under 25 pounds (maximum of 2) allowed with prior written approval ($200 non-refundable fee per pet).Must have authorization prior to reservation.*
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions provided by the host.
- Please return all items and furniture to their original locations.
