About this property

Perfect location - Walk to Sand Hill Cove Beach Roger Wheeler Beach

Immaculate family home just a 5 minute walk to Sand Hill Cove beach. Three bedrooms: one on main floor, two on upper floor. Perfect location to enjoy all of Point Judith, Galilee and rest of Narragansett. Ocean views from top floor. We are returning to an owner managed property following the last two seasons with a property management firm.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all bath towels and beach towels in the laundry bag in the bathroom; please leave linens on beds; we will launder everything.
Please place trash in the bins in the driveway, preferably Friday evening or before pickup at 6am on Saturday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Off street parking for up to three cars. Please do not park on the lawn.
No fireworks allowed.
No parties.
