Great place to meet for all, plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 children. Each family had their own level of house for bathroom and bedrooms. Excellent nearby attractions.
Our stay was excellent! We had a party of 9, rode our motorcycles from Wisconsin and there was plenty of room and easy access to all our scenic cycle routes and more!! We would stay again!! Thanks for opening up your house to us!!
We visited Gayle’s home for a group snowmobile trip. Everyone was very impressed with the home. It was perfect for all of us to spread out and have our own space. Loved having a hot tub! The location was ideal and close to the trails for us to hop on each day. Gayle was very attentive to any questions we had. Would stay here again!!!
Had a blast, House was everything we expected and could have wanted. put motorcycles in large garage at night and had spots to park trailers. Just far enough from rally to be close but far enough not to be in heavy traffic, view was fantastic with deer in back yard every morning, would go back and would use same house.
Property owner was great to work with. We had issues with heat in basement and they got heat for us. The downstairs remote for heat was nowhere to be found but they were able to get the heat on for us the second day. The upstairs fireplace did not work but we didn’t need it on. The PlayStation did not work but we really enjoyed the Pac-Man game in the basement. Plenty of supplies for us to use in the kitchen and plenty of towels.

Thank you glad you all had a great family ski trip. The basement is heated by the furnaces. the basement fireplace had to be turned on manually as the previous renters lost remote and upstairs remote batteries were dead for the fireplace. Sorry for the inconvenience and hope you come back to see us.
A group of 12 of us stayed at this home in order to ride our UTVs. The home was able to accommodate not only all of us comfortably in the home, but also our three trucks, 6 UTVs, and our three large trailers in the driveway. The bathrooms were spaced between all six bedrooms, making it tolerable to stay with so many for a whole week :). Our only suggestions would be for dressers or hangars in all the rooms to accommodate clothing to be able to unpack and make it feel less like living out of a suitcase. Suggestions to those booking- use filtered/distilled water in the coffee pots (which there are three- another convenience) as we noticed the hard water would plug them and we would need to run a vinegar cycle to get them to work properly again. All in all, great place to stay. Close to trails with amazing sights, close to lead and deadwood downtowns. If we are ever back in the area, we will book again!
We couldn’t have loved our stay more! The house is gorgeous with plenty of space for our family. Our kids loved the basement arcade game (and the tv in their room!) And nothing beats having a cup of coffee out on the deck. We will definitely be back! Wonderful memories were made.
This house was perfect for our family of 11. It was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated and in a beautiful area very conveniently located to the many attractions our family enjoyed. Kitchen was well stocked as our family enjoyed several of our meals there. Thanks to Gayle and her family for sharing this beautiful home!!!!
We had a group of couples that went out to go trail riding. House is great for a group, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on each level. Great kitchen and eating area. Fire table on the large deck. Plenty of parking for pickups, trailers and UTVs. Great location.
My family celebrated a milestone birthday here and it was great! Close to hiking in spearfish canyon, swimming and fishing in lakes and various activities in Deadwood/Lead. We have several little kids in our party and they all were comfortable and entertained. We will be back.
We enjoyed this home and had multiple families accompany us. The home was perfect for us and our children as they used the circle street to ride bikes and scooters.
