Great Location

Great location, close to beach access, restaurants, and craft beer house. Many other shops in the area all within walking distance. Outside furniture will need to be replaced immediately as there is a lot of rust. Other than that, we had a great stay! Responsiveness to maintenance requests was incredible. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Quiet time near the coast

I booked this location for a few days at the beach with my children. While not located right on the beach, we didn’t mind the short drive to the ocean. This is a quiet community with friendly neighbors. We met some cute little dogs that live nearby too.

Overall a great location.....wifi was out after two days.....which had the youngest of our group upset.....but a good quiet place to stay .....fairly close to the PUBLIC BEACH.....wished the property had some reserve to some private beach and accommodation as well as an ice vending machine.....but a really pleasant stay

Had a great time, condo was great and we enjoyed the pool. Stayed in 713. The dinning table and chairs need replacing, they were wobble monsters. The dryer needs attention, it takes forever to dry anything. All else was great!

Cozy and clean

This was a very nice condo. It is small but clean and comfortable. My family of 5 were able to have space to spread out and relax. It is only about a mile from the beach. Elmo’s Grill is across the highway and has great food and the chocolate pie had me going back another day! The condo was well stocked to meet our needs as we do some cooking to save on going out every meal. The washer was loud and the dryer did take awhile but as long as you planned it out where the noise was not disruptive and you ran small loads it met our needs. Check in and out was a breeze. It was close enough to Destin to make an easy trip but we could also find what we needed without getting caught in Destin’s traffic gridlock. Would definitely recommend if you don’t need to be right on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

No storage and gross!

Communication for the property owner was very poor. I did not receive required paperwork for entry information until I called them the day of check in. I was very disappointed to learn that there was not any storage in the bedrooms for a traveler. No drawers, shelves any anything for clothing besides a suitcase holder in the closet. The first bathroom had no vanity whatsoever for a girl to keep her things. The washer and dryer are located in the first bathroom to which I am referring, but the pics don't show that. The toilet paper holder was missing the bar that holds the toilet paper. The unit does not have a Keurig coffee maker. The tiny porch and 2 small chairs were covered in sand. The worst thing was a HUGE roach crawling on the night stand by the bed the night before checkout - I could not sleep. Please let me know how we can work out a discount for this unit. It is defiantly not recommended.

Great Space & Location

Our condo was central to so many great beaches and locations. We spent time at the Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton State Park, Destin, and Seaside - all short drives. Loved the little “community” feel of the property where we stayed.
