Beautiful Beach house, 2 blocks from Oceanside pier and beach. Very close to restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping.
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has it all. There are 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms. One of the masters has 2 queen beds, the other one has a California King bed. There are also 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom .
There is a patio in front with outdoor dining table and seating area with a large Weber gas BBQ.
Walking into the house is the family room with flat screen TV and fireplace. Next is a small game room with shuffle board, card table and a TV with video games.
Towards the back of the house is a gourmet kitchen with a dining table that seats 10 people and on other flat screen TV.
All bedrooms are on the second floor. The master suites have flat screen TV's . One more flight of steps and you are on the rooftop patio , with an other dining table and a seating area.
There is an attached 2 car garage with surfboards, boogie boards, sand toys, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. Also baby gate, stroller, port a crib and high chair.
The garage fits 2 cars and there is plenty of street parking available. There is also a parking structure 100 yards from the house, parking fee is $ 5.00 for the day.

Absolutely loved this house and location. We loved walking to the beach and to grab yummy food like donuts and coffee right around the corner. This property was perfect for our family and best friends to join. We had 9 and had plenty of space. We loved the extra thought that went into having beach supplies and a useableGarage. Lastly we loved that we could bring our fur babies along with us. We will look to stay here again when visiting!

We love Lucy’s!

This was our second year at Lucy’s beach house. As always, the house was clean and ready for us to relax and enjoy our family vacation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants and shops. We are already looking forward to next time

Great location!

Wonderful property and perfect location. Just a few suggestions… shampoo/ conditioner and soap would have been great, games for adults, and blankets/ throws for the cool evenings. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Hi Melissa, Thank you for the nice review and the suggestions. We had bags of shampoo, conditioner and soaps in the supply cabinet, but apparently one of the previous guests must have taken them all. We also did have blankets in the living room, they might have ended up somewhere else in the house, I ll have to go search for them. Board games etc... is a good idea, I will defenitely look into that.

Lucy’s beach house

We had a great week at Lucy’s beachouse. It was very clean and extremely well stocked! EVERYTHING we needed fir our stay was there including beach supplies and a perfectly stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay there again!

Spacious Home, Great Location

Lucie' Beach House is in the heart of downtown Oceanside. Close to all the best restaurants and a short walk to the pier and the beach. This is the second year our family has stayed here and the home worked out perfectly.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family enjoyed our week long stay at this home. Beautiful property close to shops and restaurants. The house came with all the beach toys and equipment for a perfect day at the beach. We also enjoyed relaxing on the front patio after a day on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Trip!

Family vacay!

Lucy's Beach House is great! Location was perfect-close to restaurants, shops, and the Beach! The house was perfect for the 7 adults, 3 children ages 9-5, an infant, and 2 dogs. The owner, Robert, was quick to respond to any questions! Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home, perfect location

We stayed here on a girls trip and had a wonderful time. The location was truly within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants and coffee shops. We ran out of trash bags and the owner or manager was quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect for Oceanside Pier event

We were attending an event at the Oceanside Pier and the house was perfect: great location, well-equipped and comfortable. This was our second year in the house - we look forward to another stay here.

Best Beach House!

We've stayed here multiple times with our large family and this house never disappoints! Great location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Steps away from the farmers market and food street fair every Thursday. Highly recommend.

Our Mother Lucy was born in Antwerp Belgium in 1933. As a young girl she grew up during WWII and 4 years of German occupation. Myself and my sister were born in Antwerp. Our mom and dad loved to travel. My sister married a guy from South Africa and currently lives in Capetown. My job brought me to the United States in 1979, I married a lovely girl from Minnesota and we now live in Dana Point. Dad passed away in 2011 and Lucy was diagnosed with Alzheimers in 2015. We sold all her property in Belgium and invested it in the Oceanside house. The rental income paid for her care in a very nice facility in Antwerp, my sister and myself traveled to Belgium every 2 months, alternating our trips so she would see one of us every month. She passed away in February of 2019. We decided to name the house " Lucy's Beach House".
