Quiet RV living on a shared and gated lot with your own private driveway, entrance gate, fenced yard for dogs and new private covered patio area. This furnished 2 bedroom cozy trailer has 2 slide outs with queen and twin beds. The entire RV retreat is yours during the stay with no attached neighbors and includes laundry service.

All utilities included: electric, water, sewer, trash, propane, WiFi, Dish Network and Roku TV. Outdoor grill, washer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers, toaster oven, dishes, cotton sheets, towels, pillows, heat and air conditioning provided. The space is furnished with anything you may need to get you started including coffee, bottled water, paper towels, soap, etc. *No cleaning or pet fees.

Self check-in and not in 55+ RV park. All ages welcome. Quiet neighborhood and owner lives onsite. I value my privacy and will respect yours. You are welcome to use the small saltwater pool on property, but it is not heated. Heated Pool =$20 per day, when requested. Dish sports channels can be added for $25 per month, when requested.

Weekly laundry service included: up to 3 loads including towels, sheets, blankets or clothing. There is a small washing machine but no dryer in the unit. Heated and outdoor clotheslines provided.

2026 improvements include new mini split, residential toilet, patio cover, artificial grass and walker/suitcase friendly entrance ramp. New photos coming soon.

Kindly keep in mind before booking that a RV camping trailer has some quirks such as weight limitations and poor insulation. Propane is used for the on-demand water heater, furnace, stove and BBQ.
