Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
✹ Noise Notice:
This home features separate upstairs and downstairs units; vertical noise transfer might happen.
✹ Please be advised that:
A local noise ordinance is in effect in Isle of Palms from approximately 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.
Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.
We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.

If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.

We LOVED our stay- very clean, well equipped, super comfortable beds. Not far from coffee shops (definitely rec Holey City Bagels). Host was very communicative. Check in and departure was very easy and efficient. 100% recommend!!
You could walk to some restaurants, shops were a further walk. Room was clean and beds were nice and comfortable. 2 baths were plenty for our group of five. Parking was easy in back.
Excellent. The property was outstanding. I was truly impressed with the modern amenities and condition of the unit. I highly recommend this place to anyone who desire the highest level of accommodation and comfort. You will not be disappointed. I give my stay five stars!!!
Would definitely stay again! Aside from the parking garages mentioned there is also an open parking lot just a block down on the right hand side that you can park your car in after dropping off your luggage for check-in. We were thankful for the supplied coffee. The only thing that I would mention is, if you are hot natured, the temperature of the place is programmed to go up at night. I would definitely advise making reservations as far ahead as possible for eating out. Wonderful short stay and beautiful city!
We enjoyed our stay here! There was excellent communication with the host—they answered my questions promptly and offered helpful suggestions on restaurants and things to do. The property has off street parking, which is a great perk. You are in a city so expect some street noise, especially in the front bedroom, but it was nice that they offered a white noise machine to help mitigate that. It was also great that—unlike a lot of rentals—you didn’t have to do any chores like taking out the trash or starting the dishwasher—before checkout. Just note that there are stairs to get up to this 2nd floor apartment. All in all, we would stay here again!
We greatly enjoyed our stay. We had 5 of us and the 3 rooms made it easy to spread out. Location was awesome, just a short ride home from the shops and restaurants.

The space was immaculate! Have never stayed in a place so clean! Alex was helpful and had prompt feedback with questions! Would definitely stay here or at any of their properties again!
Its a great location to downtown in a historic Charleston condo. It has a nice atmosphere amd the beds were soooo comfortable. The CVP team was on top of communication and made the process easy. The biggest guage, would you stay there again? A resounding yes!!!
