Lovely little house in a quiet neighborhood with a nice balcony to sit at. If you're used to walking, you can easily walk to the downtown area around King Street.Everything was clean and neat, with a functional kitchen, plenty of towels ( including beach towels)

Natalie, thank you all so much for the wonderful review :) Come back sometime soon!
Lauren was so easy to correspond with leading up to our arrival and while we were at the property. The space is absolutely perfect for 2 couples with ample common space and sleeping arrangements. The location is ideal for easy walking access to Hampton Park or other more local haunts (Moe's Tavern, Leon's, Park & Grove). It's also very simple to catch an Uber to bring you down to the French Quarter or other parts of downtown Charleston. While it is a long walk from the property to reach the French Quarter we did walk it on one of our days and there was plenty to see and take in along the way. The rental property is on the second floor (Unit B) and there are tenants on the main level (Unit A). They were extremely nice when we crossed paths and there were no issues either way.I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great, quiet place to stay that affords you the option to stay in and relax or go out and experience Charleston!

Regan, what a fantastic review! Thanks so much and happy to hear you all had such a wonderful stay!
We thought the house was great. It had two very comfortable big beds and two small ones. The location was nice by the park and the citadel. I would highly recommend staying there . We went on the haunted carriage ride at night and loved it. There also was plenty of restraunts and bars around.

Thanks so much for the 10 star review and come back soon!
Me and my group of 5 absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. About 15 minutes from the main Charleston shops/restaurants, but still a few walkable places. Thank you Lauren!!

Everything was close and easy to get to. Lauren was easy to contact if needed (although all info she left for us was plenty). We had a great time and would definitely recommend this to everyone. Thank you, Lauren!

We unfortunately only got to stay one night in Charleston before our cruise, but it was the most amazing and quiet stay! We loved this place and home cute and clean it was. I would recommended it for any stay in Charleston.

Kaylee, happy to hear you loved it. Come back soon for a longer stay!
Everything was perfect. The only problem was having 2 large SUVs that didn’t quite fit in the driveway.

Denise, thanks for the review and happy to hear you had a perfect stay. Two SUVs is no issue as long as you pull all the way in and or park side by side :) Come back soon!
We had the best time and everyone agreed that the house was perfect. Super cute and comfortable, and coffee on the balcony in the mornings was wonderful!

As a local to downtown Charleston, I'm excited to make your trip to this beautiful city feel like home. I'm an avid traveler with a calling for adventure! Some of my favorite destinations include Victoria, Cuba, Belize, Austria. But there's something about Charleston that keeps me coming back (likely the food and the beach).
My neighborhood is one of the most popular destinations in downtown, Charleston. Surrounded by the largest park on the peninsula, Hampton Park, there's beauty around every corner. The park is covered in oak trees with Spanish moss, ducks, walking and biking trails, and much more.
