Quite, clean and good location

The apartment was perfect for me for a weeks stay. It was clean and quite and had a good view to the park below. It is well appointed and I can't think of anything that needs to be added or changed. The location is great - close to a grocery story and I20 too. Will definitely stay here again!

The place was dirty. Water bottles, dead spiders, live bugs on the ceiling and in the windows (which the owners claimed it was “almost impossible to keep them out this time of year”)dirty window sills, windows wide open in cold weather, spider webs, dirty kitchen/cabinets, coffee pod still in coffee maker, heating unit didn’t work. Had to keep flipping the breaker. The managers did send a cleaning person after I sent pictures of the place and cleaned the unit. Still, a 60 cleaning fee when it’s not being cleaned is frustrating. Will just stay at Fairfield next time. Cheaper too and free breakfast. :(

Pleasantly quaint!

The apartment was clean and very nice location. The whole weekend the park right across from the apartment complex had families and kiddos playing in their title water park. We sat outside at the table and chairs and relaxed, of course the weather was great, so that definitely helped. I recommend this for a couple. (Please bring your pillows)
