Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen smart 4k TV in living room and flat screen HDTVs in all the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds. Sofa bed in living room. All bedrooms have private bathrooms plus an extra full sized bathroom.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Fabulous Condo

This condo was perfect for 2 families. The extra hall bath with shower was great so everyone could quickly clean up after a day at the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and the ice machine was a great bonus. Beds were all comfortable. Beach - beautiful view! Pools and lazy river were great.

We just returned home from staying at the Phoenix in this condo on the 7th floor, very convenient just off garage, very confortable living area and plenty of room for the whole family. I just have one issue, and thats the balcony furniture, other than that, we had a great time. The kids loved all the pool activities right at the sight. I wanted to show my grandchildren a great time, and they had it here. Thanks Cayce

Great first experience at Phoenix West!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and offered a lot. It needs some attention to the beat up trim, improperly hung photos, loose headboards, etc. The showers were good, it was nice to park on the 7th floor of the garage and just walk in. The fans are noisy and need repaired. Dryer has to be slammed really hard to close properly. We tried to sweep and a couple times but the container was jam packed full of sand and had not been emptied by the cleaners for multiple times. Great view on the balcony and easy enough to take the stairs down and back up from the lobby. We'd stay here again though.

Disappointing

The room was very dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty. Kitchen and living area had not been wiped down and was not dusted. The furniture and rug were nasty. The room didn’t have a dustpan so we had to sweep and use wet napkins to wipe up. Would not recommend!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really wanted to give a good review, but I'm unable to, because of a few important reasons. The beds and pillows are so uncomfortable that you find yourself longing to get home. There is no drawer space for your clothes in the room I slept in. I needed a blanket and got one from the closet and it was filthy. The patio furniture is uncomfortable as well. The toilet tissue is awful as well. We could fix that and we did. But besides those things, the location is great, the lazy river is wonderful, Orange Beach is so clean and family oriented with nice restaurants. Phoenix West is nice. I can only speak of my unit. Won't stay in this unit again.

The 7th floor was awesome because you could sit in the unit and still see the ocean. A plus was the ability to drive to the 7th floor parking and unload very close to the unit. The kitchen was totally equipped with every possible item you could need. We would definitely stay in this unit if we came back to Orange Beach.

We had a great stay, with a few minor maintenance things. First none of the remotes to any TV had batteries, the porch light was broken and appeared to be duct taped. The master bathroom could have been cleaned a little better especially the bathtub. But none of those things impacted the quality of our stay.

Beautiful and spacious property!

Beautiful condo. Everything was accurate to the listing. The location is perfect, and it’s very convenient to be able to hop back and forth between the pool and the ocean. The only negative for us was that the floors in the condo were not clean. They were swept, as there was no visible debris on them, but our feet were black on the bottom after walking around the condo for a few hours (and we were not on the balcony or outside, so it was from inside). We wore socks or flip flops at all times. Otherwise the condo was appropriately cleaned and we had no issues at all! Would definitely stay again.

The condo is the same as the other 3 bedrooms we have rented here, but did enjoy being on the 7th floor, which is the lowest we've been able to rent in the past. We all enjoyed the lazy river and the grandkids all enjoyed the slide as well as the beach. The Phoenix West facility is great by any standards and caters to families and kids. We've been staying here the past 7-8 years.

Loved this condo! Very spacious and loved having a bath in each bedroom! The biggest problem was not enough elevators for this size condo! Sometimes we waited for 15-20 min for an elevator that was not full!!!

It’s a quick trip to grocery, restaurants, and entertainment and the beach front location could not be better! The balcony is over the lazy river (always popular), so it was easy to spot where everyone was. The condo is clean and the management company was easy to work with. Ike’s chair service made beach time a cinch as always.We will be back!

This took an hour - there was a line and only one clerk working. He was very pleasant and helpful, though.The property was in acceptable condition. My only complaint with the condo was that the tile floors weren’t clean. Walking barefoot inside left our feet black. We could smell disinfectant as we entered so I felt cleaning was attempted. We loved the location. The parking deck was especially convenient. The kids enjoyed all the water features. We enjoyed eating at our favorites - The Original Oyster House, the Hangout, the Sunliner Diner and Cobalt. Take out from Rotolo’s Pizzeria was a new experience and it was delicious! We had a great time!
