Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix West. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



The condo has recently been renovated to a fabulous farm house them. New kitchen countertops with eye popping back splash, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 42" HDTVs in the master and a 50" TV in the Queen 2nd bedroom and a 32" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a king in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen Beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Great property and condo!

The lazy river and slide were great, the property was clean and the condo was terrific. The description on the website was spot on, we enjoyed our stay and would like to rent again.

Everything was great and clean. There is a couple of things that need work; the hall toilet keeps running and the pull out couch is broken. We did have a great time. Also, people should not be able to setup in front of umbrellas and chairs that are reserved.

Great Vaca

Really crowded property

The unit itself was lovely. The condo complex was huge and crowded with noisy, rude people. We spotted a rat by the pool and a cockroach by the elevators that was as big as my granddaughter, however, we saw no bugs in the unit itself. The children with us loved the lazy river and waterslide, just not sure it’s worth the cost.

Wonderful Property

We loved Phoenix West with the lazy river, pool, and water slide. We had very rough gulf water most of the week (2 double red flag days also). The property was very nice and we really enjoyed our family vacation! Issues were fixed the same day I made the owner aware of them.

We did not have a vacuum cleaner, drinking glasses, the pots were in poor shape. The master bedroom has a glass door that leads into the dining/ den area. It was not secured and you could hear every sound coming from the entire living area. The washing machine made a constant clicking sound when washing clothes. I was disappointed with the unit. Great view!!

Mostly favorable except cleanliness. Floors needed a good cleaning, turned my granddaughter's socks black. The master bedroom had sand on the floor that transferred to the bed which I hated. Last year we stayed in the same condo which was spic and scan clean. Main reason I chose it again.

Could have been better

My friends and family have come to this property every year for about 15 years. This is the first time we have had issues with our condo. It was very dusty, there was vomit on the toilet, the toilet seat in my room was broken along with the toilet paper holder, the dishes were not clean(there was lipstick on the glasses), very few serving utensils and the internet was horrible. We WILL NOT choose this condo again. It’s really a shame. It has a great view and the decor was nice. Just dirty and not well kept.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed during Thanksgiving week. It was perfect. 6 adults comfortably enjoyed the stay. The view was great- 4th floor is perfect and parking just outside. We could see dolphins mid-morning, sunrise and sunset (wish I could post a picture). The only thing I would recommend to future travelers is: if you plan to stay and cook most meals like we did (we didn’t eat out at all) you’ll want to bring whatever you need to cook - utensils and skillets. There are some pots and pans. Enough eating utensils (ish) but it didn’t have enough spatulas, serving spoons, or storage containers for any left overs. (Not a complaint just be aware) the ice maker is a huge bonus!

We had plenty of room for our entire family, the storage and closet space was also ideal for all of our belongings. The decor was modern and updated. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked with cookware or cooking utensils but we had plenty of dishes and silverware. Overall the unit was very clean, however, the floors (while free of crumbs and sand) were filthy. Whether barefoot or in socks, our feet turned black the very first day we stayed. The building amenities were basic but all we needed. We loved staying on the 4th floor as it was easy to access quickly from the beach/pool/fitness center via elevator or stairs. Would be nice to have free weights in the fitness center.

The location is perfect and the size was exactly what we needed, especially with all bedrooms having their own bath. Nice decor and plenty of seating. There were a couple things we found pretty disappointing, cleanliness being #1. The floors in the unit were filthy. All of us had black feet/socks from walking on the tile. Even the rug in the living room was dirty. There were towels with stains on them. As a property owner myself I would be mortified to have guests experience this. The second issue was the lack of items in the unit. Very little in the way of kitchen tools, pans, etc. Thank goodness we were not staying a week and planning to cook. There was no extra toilet paper, I went and bought more. No tissues, laundry detergent, dish soap...just basics I expect at this rental level. No beach towels, I knew this ahead but thought that was odd for a beach rental. We had friends and family in other units that were better equipped. So overall it worked for our needs, basically slept and showered there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo looked very nice and the furniture was also nice. The condo did have some issues. Mostly, the floor needed to be mopped. Our feet were black from walking on it before we ever went to the beach. The toilet holder in one bathroom was broken but we fixed it and one of the towel racks in the master was also broken but we couldn't fix that one. There were only one hand towel per bathroom but needed one for each sink. We did like parking on our floor. It was convenient. The internet was spotty a lot of the time. It was really nice to have an ice maker. We didn't like that the people who don't rent the chairs and umbrellas got front row on the beach instead of the people who paid for the setup. Also don't like that people could smoke on the beach right next to us. There were smokers on the balconies even though it says you can't.
