Cozy Townhomes Great neighborhood Good for groups!

Our Nashville vacation could not have been more perfect with this rental. Communication before and during our stay was top notch! There were several times we asked for suggestions during our stay and we received prompt and amazing advice! We had a group of 16 and there was room for us all (we rented out two side by side townhomes). Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. The location was wonderful too - easy to access local neighbourhoods like the Gulch and 12Street boutiques. A quick uber ride to downtown! I highly recommend this VRBO and the renter was outstanding!

Great Set-Up for a Large Ladies Trip

A dozen ladies in the two townhomes worked out perfectly! Great common space and bathroom/bedroom set-up. Beds and pillows were all comfortable and we have some picky sleepers in our group. Good kitchen supplies. Easy walk to the Gulch, Belmont U, etc. Fantastic communications from the property management team - best I've ever experienced!

50th Birthday Celebration

We had 8 couples spend the weekend in Nashville and we were very happy with the VRBO property! It was close enough to everything you want to see in Nashville and unlike most rentals it had king beds for everyone and private or semi private bathrooms. I would recommend this property to any group of adults going to Nashville. They have great kitchen spaces and the living rooms were big enough that we could all gather together.
