About Cheryl Anderson
We turned our family cabin purchased in 1986 into a vacation rental in 2002. We totally remodeled inside and out and designed with a professional designer to get all of the touches that make your stay more enjoyable. My husband, Dan and I live in Fort Collins, an hour away from Estes and do all of our own cleaning, maintenance,and improvements to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. I know you will love our warm and cozy home and the privacy the location offers.

Estes Park is just an hour away from our home, a great place for us to get away to one of the most beautiful places in Colorado. We originally built in 1986, remodeled in 2002, and continually work to improve the quality of the rental. Meadowdale Hills is a small subdivision with lots at nearly 2 acres with quiet and space. Elk love the meadow and ranch nearby and frequent our property.
What makes this House unique
Our home is only five minutes from downtown Estes Park making the location convenient but not in a crowded subdivision in town. My front porch is spacious with views that are inspiring. I provide many amenities so you don't have to pack so much for your trip, including condiments, spices, flour and sugar, robes, bag chairs for a picnic and many other items.
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Follow my directions to the property and do not use GPS when you get close. Familiarize any drive with the front picture of the house so you don't drive in the wrong driveway. This is ultra important. My main rule is no marijuana use of any kind on my property in any place. Just because it is not a criminal offense in Colorado it is NOT ALLOWED. No smoking of cigarettes in the main house. Only allowed on the flagstone patio down at the guest house. Because of being shut down because of a neighbor complaint a critical rule is to be respectful of my neighbor's. I have installed security cameras between my property and the neighbor to the left of my house. This is to protect me and my guests from false accusations. Instruct children not to go on his property for any reason and that there is a camera up. I do have a camera facing the drive way as you come in so I will be alerted when you arrive and depart and how many cars are on the property. Maximum of 4 cars without permission for additional parking. All outdoor activities are to be on the main house side of the property. No outdoor noise after 10 PM. House rules are posted in the main house. Water use is requested to be conservative as it is a drought situation most summers and this house is on a well. No extra guests overnight please.
