The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

This beautifully furnished home features tile flooring throughout, a private oceanfront infinity pool (no hot tub), cable TV, WiFi, a 3-stop elevator, and all linens provided—everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Level One:
The first floor features an inviting ocean-view leisure room with a flat-screen TV, surround sound, DVD player, and a wet bar with granite counters and a mini fridge. It's perfect for laid-back fun, especially with the added entertainment of a skeech ball table and foosball table. Pocket doors open to a shaded covered patio where you can take in sweeping ocean views, then lead directly to the sun-drenched oceanfront pool deck—a private paradise just steps from the shoreline. Kids will love the “Little Tike's” room with two bunk beds (one with a twin pull-out) and a full bath with a walk-in shower. A full-size washer and dryer are also located on this floor.

Level Two:
Enjoy the bright and airy oceanfront living room on the second level, complete with leather seating, surround sound, and another large flat-screen TV. Open the pocket doors to the second covered balcony for sweeping views of the pool and beach. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, Thermador stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a built-in fridge and dishwasher. Gather for meals at the bay window dining nook with seating for 6, or enjoy casual dining at the kitchen island with seating for 6 more. This floor also includes two bedrooms with queen beds and private balconies. A full bath with a tub/shower and another full bath with a walk-in shower are conveniently located nearby.

Level Three:
The top level is home to the spacious oceanfront master suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bath with double granite vanities, jetted Whirlpool tub, and walk-in shower.
