Great time

We had a wonderful month staying in the house and taking advantage of all of the activities available at The Villages. Lawrence was great and was immediately available when needed. We had a great time.

Kitchen and pantry was equipped with everything needed for our long term stay. Beds were comfortable. Great communication with owner. Location is close to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter town squares. Close to family/adult pools and recreation centers where we played pickleball. Enjoyed our stay.

large rooms and very convenient location for a very good price

I did enjoy a lot my stay here! I stayed 3 weeks in a raw. The house had all I needed The living room is large with its kitchen who can welcome at least 4 people easily !!! The location is very convenient, close to places and golf courses. It is very quiet and clean. No needs to come with cafe machin or other stuff. There is everything inside ! The quality/price ration is exceptional!

Great comfortable house with all the amenities needed for a family stay, we stayed for 4 weeks and we enjoyed every minute, not far from supermarkets and other shops, plenty of swimming pools and other leisure facilitys close by our fav pool was rio Grande family pool, The householder was always available for any inquiries.

Great Host

We really appreciate the hospitality of our host. Our stay, was very comfortable and relaxing. The check-in and check-out process was very convenient, and we were always in communication with our host. He made us feel right at home.
