Our fully furnished courtyard villa is located in the Village of Duval, perfectly central to both Lake Sumter and Brownwood Squares and close to the neighborhood pool and Seabreeze Recreation Center. The PERFECT central location for avid golfers.

Enjoy beautiful and relaxing beach decor, a dual reclining sofa and chaise lounge, stand up electric grill on the Lanai, and Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom along with high speed internet and NO CARPETING!

Convert the guest bedroom and bathroom to a private ensuite using the pocket door for guests. Total privacy in the back and side yard with an 8 foot courtyard wall surrounding the property and no neighbors directly behind you. The lanai is "carpeted" with soft turf, making it a great place for morning coffee or a cocktail and is screened in so you can leave the slider open when weather permits.

There is a gorgeous dining room and everything you would need to cook and entertain. Colony Plaza Publix is our grocery store and one of the best Publix in the Villages. Or, jump on the snazzy red golf cart and head out to dinner instead!

And you don't have to be retired to enjoy The Villages. Come for a golf trip with the guys, a romantic getaway or take the kids to Disney, just over an hour away!

The Villages Vacation Rental

Our trip to The Villages was to spend time with my sisters, one who lives in the villages and another who was there at the same time house hunting for her move. This rental caught our attention because of it proximity to my sister, nice lanai and back yard, the nicely decorated living area and bedrooms, and the golf cart.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The 2 bedroom villa is well maintained and located very close to the Seabreeze recreation center as well as the Duval pool. The included golf cart zipped us to Lake Sumter Landing in less than 15 minutes and to Brownwood Paddock Square in less than 20. The unit also included 2 bag chairs for use at the squares. The washer and dryer looked brand new and worked well. The kitchen had quartz counter tops and what looked like new sink and fixtures as well as new appliances. There were plenty of utensils, plates, cups, wine glasses, cookwear, etc. All in great shape. There were also plenty of spices for cooking. Both bedrooms had their own bath (one shared with the public area, but it could be closed off with the bedroom for privacy), with new fixtures and and clean shower and tub. The screened lanai was comfy and included an electric grill. Vicki, the host was extremely responsive and patiently helped us through one minor issue. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Villages.

Fun in the Villages

Basically, the house was sufficient and adequate in a great location. It was fun having the golf cart. The owner quickly responded when there was a problem with the toilet handle and a plumber was sent over to fix the problem. We made the owner aware that the kitchen dinner plates (they were some cracked and one chipped) need replacing. The freezer needs to be repaired. Although it quickly made ice cubes, the ice seemed to melt and then would freeze in a solid block. It is best to make a little bit of ice daily then transfer the ice to a different container. The patio furniture could be upgraded from the 3 plastic chairs. We will be coming back to the Villages.

Fun at the Villages

The property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having the golf cart to tool around in. We went to the pool and enjoyed that also. The first night we checked in we had a visitor. An alligator was in front of our door! The police came and animal control caught him and took him away. Very exciting for us New Yorkers. We relaxed and ate out We have friends so we visited them as well. All in all a nice vacation. Jean and Bob

Awesome Rental & Location

Very clean and comfortable home. The white carpet had recently been shampooed but a note was there warning it may still be damp and to be cautious. Easy follow check in and check out instructions were left for us as far as water heater operation and water supply shut-off valve location. Neighbors treated us like family. We strongly recommend choosing this property for your stay.

House could use an upgrade. Basically, very clean except for the carpeting. White carpeting throughout when you have renters is a bad idea. . Everything else was great.

Excellent Stay

Was a excellent stay in the house once I cleaned everything. The golf cart tires were very worn from usage so was afraid to go to far. Owner was very helpful with everything. It was a very relaxing stay and I look forward to next year for returning.

Lovely Villa

The minute we walked in the door we felt at home. The villa was clean and nicely decorated. It was set up in a very welcoming manner so we felt welcomed. It had all the items we needed for a three month stay. Golf cart was a nice extra! Perfect location.

Great location! Great owners!

We stayed at this property April-July and loved it! It’s super close to Sea Breeze and Duval adult pool! The villa was clean and had everything we needed for an extended stay! We had a small issue with the golf cart but the owner had a rental cart for us to use within an hour of us calling! I would love to stay here again and definitely recommend!

Beautiful home, great location with kind and helpful Property Managers

My husband and I booked this beautiful, courtyard villa in one of our favourite Villages neighbourhoods for the month of March. We had 2 very enjoyable weeks in TV, but when Covid 19 began to rapidly spread in the world and our Canadian government advised us to return home, we sadly packed up, after contacting our home owners to advise them of our plans. We are safely self isolating at home and our owners have been so very kind and given us a refund for the days we did not use. Many thanks to them and VROB for being so supportive to renters during such a difficult time. We have booked with VROB many times over the years and will continue to do so in the future. We would love to book this exceptional home again and recommend it highly. Let’s all look forward to better days ahead. 🌞 Cathy and Hilary 🇨🇦

Nice Place

While we were staying there, we had one small problem and the owners resolved it very quickly. They take good care of their unit. They replaced the small tv in the living room with a 55 inch one.. We really enjoyed the golf cart too. We would not hesitate to rent it again next year.. Very reasonable price..
