Welcome to Seaside Village - Bowline 13002-4, a big and bright townhouse located in a newly built West Ocean City community! Here you will find everything you need for your next great vacation. This property has been beautifully decorated and features a sunny living room with a flatscreen TV, a furnished balcony, new furniture throughout the entire house, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and plenty of entertaining space. Take advantage of the home's smart TVs to stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu, and Disney movies and shows.

Walk to restaurants, outlet shopping, and more! Seaside Village is conveniently located just across the street from the outlets and you'll be just a short drive or bus ride from downtown Ocean City's Boardwalk, less than a mile-and-a-half away. Buses run all day in-season, so you can leave your car and ride into town, a great way to avoid traffic and parking hassles. Dozens of great restaurants are within a short walking distance just a few blocks away, such as Hooper's Crab House, Outback Steakhouse, Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood House & Sushi Bar, and more. The surrounding area has a fun mix of things to do. Assateague Island's state and national parks are just a short drive away, where you can visit the island's resident wild ponies and other native wildlife, and enjoy pristine uncrowded beaches, picnic areas, hiking trails, and more. Seaside Village is also just a short drive from Ocean Downs Casino, miniature golf, go-cart racing, and some of the area's freshest seafood - brought in daily from local fishing docks.

Great Golf Trip

Condo was perfect, close to golf courses, restaurants, and the boardwalk. was spacious, luxurious, and a great place to stay for a golf trip.

Excellent location

This is our 7th time staying at Seaside village, but the 1st in this unit. Overall it was great and we would stay there again. One minor issue is the wi-fi coverage is not great upstairs.

Place was very nice and location was great. You can be at inlet in 5 minutes without traffic. Pool wasn’t open would be the only negative.

The townhouse was comfortable and well-equipped and a great location for those going offshore fishing from the West Ocean City Marinas. Please note that during the COVID restrictions the outdoor pool is closed.

Home was not up to past cleanliness standards. Kitchen floor dirty, ants everywhere and bathrooms were dirty. We have stayed at this lovely property in recent years and never had any issues.The sofa bed in the downstairs area is broken, leaving part of our family to have to find alternative sleeping arrangements.Don’t advertise the home as sleeping 8-10, when clearly that is not the case.

Great little get away

The unit was really nice and updated. We had plenty of room for the two families. Our only “complaint” would be the AC. It cooled off the bottom floor really well but as you went to the 3rd floor it wasn’t as cool. So the kids slept in sweats....

Overall, the accommodations were excellent

I think that the owner should invest in better quality appliances. The ice maker was disfunctional, the dryer took an extended amount of time to dry, the vent in the main bathroom didn’t work at all, the kitchen gadgets, etc., were flimsy and cheap.

Incredible house in prime location

My family of 4 + 1 and I stayed 3 nights. From the moment we entered the house, all of us were excited about staying there. The photos online accurately portray each room of the house, It’s well furnished and there’s a ton of space. Having the pool across the street allowed us to sit on the back deck and watch the kids play even after spending all day at the beach. The location of the property is fantastic. It’s one mile from the OC boardwalk, around the corner from an outlet mall, and super close to some fun restaurants. We enjoyed Bad Monkey for breakfast, Seacrets distilling co, Spain tapas bar for a date night (very cool rooftop bar/small plate restaurant) and the Mexican restaurant nearby - I forgot the name. My family very much enjoyed our extended weekend, now I’m looking to come back to OC next summer.

Springfest

Overall ok. I had to call Vacasa for shortage of washcloths and only 1 hand towel. Was disappointed in how long it took for them to be delivered. Place sleeps 9 NOT 10. This includes a sagging, uncomfortable 2 person sofabed uncomfortable for 1 let alone 2 people, needs replaced, and a smelly, hard futon that is only big enough for 1 person, not 2 as I was told by Vacasa, both located in lower level. Lower level damp with musty smell periodically. It was very cold lower level, thermostat was not working correctly or something was off as temp throughout rest of place was set at 75 degrees our entire stay. Not sure we will be staying here again.

2nd time staying here!

My family and I had an amazing time. The house was very clean and was stocked with basic things like towels, bedding, etc. The house has some bikes which was really nice. It also had beach chairs and a beach umbrella which we were able to use at the beach. The pool is kept clean and the family enjoyed that as well. The beach is about a 5 min drive if that from the house. The house is right near the bridge that takes you right to the beginning of the boardwalk. There is also a city bus that has a station 1 min drive away where you can park your car and take the bus over. We would take our own car over to the beach and use the municipal parking lots which are pretty cheap. This was our second time here and I can confidently say that this vacation house is perfect for families and friends and is very comfortable and clean.

We would definitely stay again! House was clean when we arrived. They even put out garbage bags, laundry, and dishwasher pods for us. This is our 5th year! Live Seaside Villiage. Walking distance to lits of eateries and outlets 😁

Seaside Village is the place to be

Location! Location! Location! You can not beat the location of this house everything you might want is in 10 minutes or less drive, I loved it. The house is beautiful we really enjoyed it, there was only 2 problems that was not addressed (1) the ice maker did not work properly, we put in a maintenance ticket but nobody came to address it (2) the cable in the master bedroom did not work, they did send someone to address it, but it went back out and I was not about to spend my time going back and forth over cable. Outside of those 2 issues I loved everything about 13002, #4, would I go back, yes I would.
